1 Star - Disrespectful and Discriminatory Treatment
I came with my two cousins to order tacos and was immediately greeted at the door by two officers and a manager named Nicole. She informed us that only online orders were being accepted. We respected that and began walking back to the car.
However, just moments later, Nicole allowed two Caucasian girls to enter and place their orders in person. I walked back to the door to politely ask why they were being served while we were turned away, and Nicole completely ignored me. I even recorded her taking their order after we were denied entry.
This review is to say: go where your money is respected. I’ve worked in the food industry for over 10 years, and my aunt owns a restaurant — we would never treat customers this way or show favoritism. This was a terrible experience and completely unacceptable behavior from management.
Do better. 1 star.

Came here for lunch by myself, the tacos were perfect, rice & beans were too salty in my opinion.
$17.86 for 3 chicken tacos and a side of rice & beans.
I told the cashier I wanted to dine in, but I’m confused why he brought the tray to the table in front of me but I had to pick up my tray from the counter to bring to my table. It’s not a good look for service consistency.

Was so delicious and the workers were very diligent and polite. We had an excellent experience. Highly recommend, best tacos in town!! Also a student discount which made our meal very reasonable.

JJ was SO kind to us! We got in super late at night and he serviced us right away. They had special barbacoa on the menu that day and he made us wonderful tacos. He even gave us some leftover guacamole and queso from the night. He was so kind to us and the food was amazing. I'm so grateful!!

I have frequented Big Wig in the city and am a huge fan. My favorite burrito in Chicago. I was in the Evanston area for lunch yesterday and decided to order from this location. I ordered via their website through Toast and was shocked by how small my burrito was. I am accustomed to the portion being so large it lasts me two days, but what I got this time was about 3 or 4 bites, which when combined with the price, caused my coworkers and myself to be alarmed at what I received.
To make matters worse, a coworker ordered from this location for lunch today, and his burrito was the size I expected mine to be, causing me to be upset all over again.
The food here is delicious, but the experience I had yesterday was definitely not positive.

I ordered for takeout and as soon as I walked in, my food was ready for an easy pick up. Online ordering was very easy, prices are very reasonable, and service was super fast. Would definitely order again!
Had a great dinner from Big Wig. Great burritos! Love the Horchata. Guacamole is also fabulous.

The food here is soooo fresh and incredible!!! I grew up in LA with amazing Mexican food and I haven't seen a burrito that perfect since I was last in LA. Highly recommend! You can order either at the counter or via the touch screen. They use the Toast app so you can earn points with your order.

I love Chipotle, but haven’t even thought about going since finding Big Wig. The fact that people even still go there with this place around the corner blows my mind. Better options, Better food, better service, bigger potions, cheaper, and better rewards system.

This place is great! Very affordable and the portions are huge. Also, the food tastes better than Chipotle. This will be my family's go-to burrito place from now on.
And the service was great. It was fast, the guys behind the counter were attentive, and the place was clean. All around, we were impressed, and we'll be back.
