Nice cozy neighborhood coffee house. The coffee was delicious and service was friendly and prompt. However, I think the pastries donuts etc should be covered and not left out in the open. It was a bit unappealing.

Neighborhood coffee place with a good cup of Joe. Pleasant service, interesting customers.
I was yelled at by 2 service people “no dogs allowed” before I could get out that my animal was a service animal on my first experience there. It was very embarrassing. I guess I have to find another shop near my home.
I went to a boba tea shop yesterday. I ordered my drink via an iPad terminal, typing my name in myself (it is spelled unconventionally). When I received my drink, my name was somehow misspelled on it. That’s crazy, right? Well those kinds of shenanigans don’t happen here. Brothers K is a reputable establishment with good service, good coffee, and GREAT spinach and feta hand pies.

I always wanted a nice local coffee shop where I could be become a regular. Everything about this place is great. The food/drinks. The atmosphere. And definitely the staff! Always friendly and kind.

Always exceptional staff and great coffee/tea options as well as good savory and sweet food options. Comfortable "community" atmosphere and meeting place. My "service dog" always is welcomed inside or out!
Super cute coffee shop! Came here for a some coffee on a Sunday morning. Coffee and tea was ready quickly and the pastries were tasty.

Needs improvement. My simple order a small for-here cappuccino was extra hot and served in a to-go cup. When it was remade, it was a latte, not a cappuccino. Ambiance is cozy, but the communal bookshelf is right next to tables so browsing feels uncomfortable. Please provide baristas with more training in both execution and customer service.

Great caffe latte, tasty ham and cheese croissant, unfriendly service. The premises are warm and inviting with a nook for more private conversations away from main space and ordering line. A large bookcase holds games and books that invites one to linger and enjoy community as many were doing. Large windows create nice light even in winter. The staff was unfriendly, bordering on surly unless when speaking with each other. The barista did open up when I shared I was visiting from San Francisco and someone had recommended their establishment; I even think they may have smiled. Onto the coffee. Rich crema, great beans and powerful aromas delivered everything a coffee aficionado could desire. The artistry was exceptional - a beautiful micro landscape of foam and caramelized arabica unrivaled by other baristas. It almost felt bad having to disrupt the early morning coffee canvas. It’s unfortunate the poor service detracts from the overall experience. Seems easy enough to fix and everyone would be happier (visit Dollop 2 blocks away for exceptional service and baked goods). I plan to visit K Brothers again and will adjust my ratings as appropriate.

Decided to finally try this place for the first time today and it’ll be the last. The coffee was pretty good but the service wasn’t. It seems like the staff only provides friendly service to regulars. My husband was treated like he was stupid for asking where the restroom was. I asked the barista what type of donuts they had as they weren’t labeled and was ignored. It generally felt like we were inconveniencing her by being there. Would not recommend unless you’re a NWU tenured professor, student or a regular.

Great coffee. Friendly service!
I go here like once every two months hoping for a better experience but I’m sadly disappointed. The coffee is inconsistent and not the best. The service seems to be good if you’re a regular. I ordered a hand pie and waited about 15 mins when the asked if I needed something else. They forgot to warm it up so I waited an additional 10 minutes after I told them. They then hand me a hit hand pie in a wax sleeve which I almost burned my hand on. Staff is too busy gossiping then being friendly and doing there job. It wasn’t busy and no one was in front of me in line.
