I’ve been going to buffalo Joe’s since 1995. Since 30 years ago. The chicken wings are more bone than meat. The place is infested with roaches. If you want to know how to make the suicide sauce it’s this 1 stick of salted butter, 1/4 cup of vinegar based hot sauce (redhot or Tabasco), garlic powder, onion powder, and black pepper, microwave this for 1 minute. This will cover 18 wings. Add sliced jalapeño pepper.

cleaner than it’s ever been :-) staff is getting friendlier, but it’s not their job to be friendly and their job is to provide the best wings in all of North America definitely an in all of illinois and without a doubt all of Chicago. So if you haven’t come here for the wings, the sauce, the ranch, the Buff Joes, and the very unique indoor seating. Then you’re just missing out on all that buffalo wings can be.

We visited the establishment recently and tried the wings and fries. While we appreciate the effort put into preparing the food, we found that it did not meet our expectations.
Firstly, the wings lacked the desired crispiness and were chewy in texture. The fries were not as crispy as we would have liked and were overly salted.
Secondly, the staff member who served us seemed to be in a rush and did not handle our order with care. Instead of handing it to us in a customary manner, the order was essentially thrown at us. This was particularly surprising as the establishment was not particularly busy at the time.
Thirdly, we noticed a concerning presence of vagrants and panhandlers congregating in the vicinity of the establishment. It appeared that they were soliciting spare change from almost every customer who entered or exited the premises.
Lastly, we observed that there was litter, including chicken bones, from the establishment on the opposite side of the street where we had parked our vehicle. It seemed that some customers were consuming their orders in their cars and discarding the waste irresponsibly.

Wings??? Crispy and delicious, small in size but will have you wanting more. Don't really like drumsticks but I still eat these no problem. Never been to the actual place but my brother always brings some back when he goes and they are good. No clue on the cost but I say if you're ever around to try them.

We love chicken wings with suicide sauce. Wings are crispy. Sauce is tasty, not too spicy. Even though, it’s suicide level but the level of spicy is not crazy. You still can enjoy it.
It looks old inside so most of the customers order takeout.
They accept cash only. So, have your cash ready or ATM is available inside the restaurant.
Parking lot ?️ is available on side of the restaurant. Very easy to access!
We went today and I don't know why the previous reviews were so good. I will start off and say that the waffle fries are pretty amazing. However, The wings are extremely tiny and don't match most of these pictures that I saw before I came. The wings was edible, but definitely not the best. In addition, The girl who took our order seemed like she was annoyed with us and we weren't evened difficult. There wasn't even anyone behind us. I felt like most of the staff wasn't really into the customer service. If I'm in town again, maybe I will buy waffle fries to go and call it a day.
The suicide wings were really good. They weren’t super hot, they could go for regular hot wings. I did not like the cheese fries at all, they seemed a bit salty and not all the way melted. But I give this restaurant a thumbs up for sure! Employees were definitely working hard.
