I've been eating at Buff Joe's since 2013, and it has never let me down. The wings are fried to perfection and the sauce is just incredible. Not the fanciest place. You walk in, place order at counter, wait for them to call your order and you pay. Grab a table, and go crazy! I get the medium heat a delightfully vinegary hot sauce smother the PERFECTLY COOKED WINGS! All the wings are perfectly crispy and cooked thru to the bone!!! 100% recommend!

We've been going there couple times we've also been going to the one in Howard many timesfor over 20 or more yrs but this here is different,one can have the same taste of chicken in a much safer environment n neighborhood,the best that we keep coming back for is the crinkle cut fries actually...oh so good! it's the best,it's well seasoned,best pair with either ranch or sharp cheddar cheese dip, they also give u a lot for $3 ...the quantity versus price...

Buff Joe’s is amazing. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Owner Paul and Manager Dean and Caleb are very nice. Very well run restaurant in a college city. The restaurant is in good condition. Amazing wings. Remember, cash only! Must come back. 10/10.
