Took my family to Chili’s for Marg night and my server Christine was the worst. She took her time getting to us to take our order. I asked for a sprite no ice for my baby and she sent me a small cup of sprite filled with ice. After we ordered appetizers Christine never even came back to see if we needed anything else. Christine was very much Not kid friendly. Christine not only got my babies’ drink wrong by filling it with ice when we asked her not to. We only got a chance to order fries for my baby she didn’t even ask if my baby wanted anything else. Would not recommend bringing your kid to Christine at Chili’s on Maple Ave in Evanston Il. Not sure if we received this type of service because we’re Black but service was extremely poor and I would not recommend.

The food was very good and the service was fast. We were seated right away and nothing kept us waiting. The waitstaff were nice and checked on us frequently to see if we needed anything. Overall a very good experience.

Came for Triple dipper cheese sticks. They were delicious. Drinks were not bad, took a while to get them, but that's because they don't have an exclusive bar tender that only did drinks.
Overall pretty good experience this time. Food tasted good. Nashville hot could of been a lot more spicier especially because it's supposed to be mostly cayenne pepper. The hot honey sauce was spicier.
There are restaurants, and then there is the Evanston Chili’s.

Took my kid out to dinner. With the exception of the bar the restaurant was completely empty, but it still took over 30 mins to get our food (a mini pizza and chicken fingers). The food I ordered looked nothing like the menu item. The chicken was so dry I got tired of trying to eat it. The Mac and cheese was noodles floating in white watery liquid. The waiter disappeared so we had to waive down other workers to get refills.
Also, be mindful of the table top screen. The wait was so long to get food my kid asked if he could play a game on the table top screen. He clicked on one and it gave him access to it, but gave a warning that to unlock all the games it would cost money. I told him to just stay on the one game and he did, but we still received a charge on the bill.
Vegetarian options: Basically just the burgers - replace with black bean burger

The food is always good. The place can get pretty busy, first time we came there was a wait to sit and for the food. Second time there was no wait and the food came out within minutes. However, I will keep my review at 3 stars due to the service. We got the Same server both times and unfortunately after the first greeting and taking our orders/delivering food the service drops off. No attention to attempt to refill drinks, no questions if we needed or wanted anything. After the food was delivered she basically did not pay attention to us and moved onto new tables. Even after asking for refills, she would only bring us one refill(one glass for one of us even if both were empty). Would also help if she didn’t fill the cup halfway with ice then you wouldn’t have to refill it as much! Crazy logic! May come here again and hope for another server to improve my review.

Not recommended until they call a plumber and clean better.
