The lettuce was nasty and withered, never will eat here again. Not to mention the employees are just rude, No thank you!
Absolutely unacceptable, not sure how someone can mess up chipotle this badly. They were out of half their ingredients and didn't tell us until after the order was complete. Totally disrespectful from the management refusing to make any consessions in exchange for this hassle and charged full price. 0/10 find somewhere better to eat tonight.

We ordered online but never got our food. The staff ignored online pick up customers. Incredibly rude. We finally left without our food. Filed a complaint to get out money back

To the big boned worker with black curly hair, I hope you get fired. Stop asking if I’m done after every single topping. You get paid because of me. I hope you go into a proper customer service program so you actually learn how to speak to people with respect. Stop giving people less than a spoon full of toppings. The spoon is a specific size for a reason. I genuinely hope you get fired. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day, don’t project it onto me and my food. Please and thank you
I really wanted to like this Chipotle but it feels like they purposefully try to make it the most unenjoyable experience possible. I only go to this location out of desperation at this point because I know I will only be disappointed once I start eating. I respect the workers for having to deal with the stress of working close to a college campus, but sadly a lot of their stress is apparent in the quality of the food. Most of them are nice but some of them act like the three shreds of lettuce they put in my bowl are coming directly out of their paycheck. Sometimes I even consider just paying extra to get my bowl delivered from a different location because of how bad it is here. Overall, I would not recommend eating here unless you want a cold, half-full bowl.

Terrible experience. Ordered ahead of time using mobile app. Says it is on the shelf. Get there and my order is clearly not there. Ask the staff where is it and they say to me annoyingly “the guy is busy in the back”. I wait an extra 30 minutes past my “confirmed on the shelf time” and still haven’t received my order.
The staff here are among the worst I’ve ever encountered. They give you attitude as if you are inconveniencing their day when YOU are the customer paying.
Management here is clearly incompetent and allows their employees to work with this demeanor.

Mobile orders consistently under portioned, particularly the meat.

I don’t usually write reviews, but after my experience, I feel like I have to. I ordered a $19 burrito online with extra portions. It didn’t have the extras, and it was missing normal add-ons. If you saw the way this burrito was wrapped, you’d laugh so hard! My family loves Chipotle, but we actively avoid this location for reasons like this. Today, we gave it another shot, and it was a mistake. Nobody’s food tasted seasoned, and it just felt like no care was put into the food.
I’ve seen others mention the complaint system with Pepper, and I agree, it’s a joke. Either leadership isn’t hearing about these issues, or they just don’t care enough to fix them. My guess goes to care.
This review isn’t for Chipotle, so I’m not interested in taking this complaint offline. It’s for the people out there looking to enjoy a meal. If you’re considering this location, just know the odds of having a good experience aren’t great. Pro tip: If your heart is set on Chipotle and you can spare a 3 mile drive, Chipotle in Skokie near Portillos is MUCH better! They aren’t even in the same league and that has more to do with just the food.
Do not order online from this location, clearly the employees don’t know how to make a bowl worth the price.

Ordered through uber eats they gave me mor chicken than rice?!? Thank you but you should still give people the proper amount of rice. Skimpy on the salsa heavy and sloppy w the sour cream. Train your staff properly and stop skimping your delivery customers !

Horrendous experience, not the people workings fault but the apps support mechanism for refunds is fundamentally broken. Insane that when they don’t have the ingredients present to complete the order I am told to go through the app that doesn’t refund anything. I would avoid this place in the future if you don’t want to deal with dismissive staff and a complete lack of care about order accuracy.
Great dining experience at Chipotle. The veggie bowl was absolutely delicious in taste.
