I ordered two bowls at 5:00 p.m. I don't know if the clerk is new or not, but I ordered half chicken and half steak, and I was charged for the whole thing. It's really outrageous. Before I placed the order, I told him I wanted half and half, and then he charged me for the rest of it.

This location opens at 10:45 am but on multiple occasions, they are never open on time. You can see staff inside, a lot of times they are eating themselves even with people standing outside waiting. Lately, I've been reluctant to walk over because of how often I have had to wait after the posted opening time has passed and staff are eating while staring at patrons waiting outside.

TERRIBLE LOCATION!!! Avoid at all costs, especially within an hour or two of closing. Always out of ingredients, terrible service, one guy emptied the corn container into my bowl and there was so much water it dissolved through the bowl and ripped the bag.
Thumbs up for Chipotle for food and taste, but this location has really bad service, I always orderahaed for pick up and every single time they make me wait for 20-25 mins, what's the point of ordering ahead when you see 50 people just walking in and getting served before you!!

I’ve tried many chipotle and this by far stands as the worst one I’ve visited. My partner got a double chicken bowl and I got a chicken bowl - both our food quantity was literally the same. The staff refused to add more rice - there was barely one spoon of rice in our bowls and the staff just spread it out so it looked like it occupied the entire bowl. Despite asking, she took the rice in her serving spoon, touched jt to my bowl and put the rice back? Just say you won’t give more instead of this circus. I understand cutting down on the meat but rice and toppings? I paid the price of a chicken bowl only to eat a veggie bowl - barely any chicken, barely any rice. Run your business but not at the cost of customer’s dime.

Came in on an emergency time expecting it be just how any other chipotle would be, but to my surprise the staff were completely impolite while taking any request of mine while ordering, and to add on further I had to pay for double portions to get the quantity which is less than what I usually get in any other store. In one phrase I can describe the experience with this location as “left hungry”.
If anyone is reading this, please hesitate coming into this particular Chipotle. Trust me, you would want to take my opinion into consideration.

Unbelievable experience at Chipotle. Waited for an hour just to be told they “can’t find my order in the system.” Truly impressive! Last time it took them 40 minutes to serve a kid’s meal — guess that’s a huge improvement? Absolutely legendary service speed — if we were timing glaciers, maybe we’d beat them. By the time I finally got my food, my kid had outgrown the age for a kid’s meal. The staff at the front desk were a real treat — the only thing they could offer was “no, we don’t know,” like that was somehow helpful. It took an entire hour for them to finally remember that maybe, just maybe, someone could check my order. At this point, I’m convinced they’ve invented a new level of incompetence in customer service. Truly revolutionary.
If you have something in the afternoon and plan to order online for pickup, just roll a dice. If you don’t get a 6, don’t bother ordering, because you have a 3/6 chance of not making it in time for your schedule, and a 2/6 chance of not getting your meal at all.

This is by far the most ridiculous store I’ve ever ordered from. Every time I order through Uber Eats, the food portion looks like someone has already eaten most of it before delivery. It’s happened so many times that I honestly can’t stand it anymore. Absolutely unacceptable and disgusting — I feel sick just thinking about it.

Absolutely unacceptable, not sure how someone can mess up chipotle this badly. They were out of half their ingredients and didn't tell us until after the order was complete. Totally disrespectful from the management refusing to make any consessions in exchange for this hassle and charged full price. 0/10 find somewhere better to eat tonight.

To the big boned worker with black curly hair, I hope you get fired. Stop asking if I’m done after every single topping. You get paid because of me. I hope you go into a proper customer service program so you actually learn how to speak to people with respect. Stop giving people less than a spoon full of toppings. The spoon is a specific size for a reason. I genuinely hope you get fired. I don’t care if you’re having a bad day, don’t project it onto me and my food. Please and thank you
I really wanted to like this Chipotle but it feels like they purposefully try to make it the most unenjoyable experience possible. I only go to this location out of desperation at this point because I know I will only be disappointed once I start eating. I respect the workers for having to deal with the stress of working close to a college campus, but sadly a lot of their stress is apparent in the quality of the food. Most of them are nice but some of them act like the three shreds of lettuce they put in my bowl are coming directly out of their paycheck. Sometimes I even consider just paying extra to get my bowl delivered from a different location because of how bad it is here. Overall, I would not recommend eating here unless you want a cold, half-full bowl.

Terrible experience. Ordered ahead of time using mobile app. Says it is on the shelf. Get there and my order is clearly not there. Ask the staff where is it and they say to me annoyingly “the guy is busy in the back”. I wait an extra 30 minutes past my “confirmed on the shelf time” and still haven’t received my order.
The staff here are among the worst I’ve ever encountered. They give you attitude as if you are inconveniencing their day when YOU are the customer paying.
Management here is clearly incompetent and allows their employees to work with this demeanor.
