I recently went to the Chipotle location in Evanston for a quick lunch. As usual, the food was fresh, healthy and delicious. I was impressed by the leadership of Manager Diego - he and his team has really instilled a strong sense of customer service throughout the restaurant. Our cashier, Essi was extremely friendly and efficient, greeting customers with a smile. I came in here really late one night, almost closing time. I gotta say, Chipotle is Chipotle- they have yummy ingredients that don't vary from chain to chain. This location, though, is a little sloppy with their making, however. I got 3 soft shell tacos, and they were working so quickly that one of them had nearly all of the scoop of chicken and the remaining two were skimpy!
