We ordered spicy garlic and snow onion wings and they were amazing! Crispy and juicy and reasonably priced. Staff were friendly and atmosphere was cozy. No lines when we went---maybe it was because the time of day (2pm ish) and/or Northwestern University students were out for Holiday break...? Overall, we had a great experience and would recommend for other to try out and enjoy.

Ordered Burger with Fries, they gave so many fries, they were mid.
The burger itself was good; however, the spicy flavor was not that spicy.

I brought my family here — kids, adults — and everyone was happy. The mild flavor did have a kick to it but not too spicy for the kids, but I loved the spicy version. The sides (coleslaw, pickled radish) were a nice touch. Great service, great food, great place.

CM Chicken in Evanston is the best! I’ve tried other CM Chicken restaurants in the Chicago area, but this one serves the crispiest chicken. My favorite is the soy garlic gizzard. Great service and atmosphere as well. Highly recommend!

Got the chicken sandwich and tteokbokki to share. Sandwich was so good and rice cake was authentic. We got a combo and the Portion was bigger than I thought.

As an Evanston local, CM Chicken has become my go-to spot whenever I’m craving some seriously good chicken. The flavors are always on point, crispy, juicy, and seasoned just right. This Chicken place in Evanston completely surprised me. The chicken sandwich was perfectly crispy, sauced just right, and tucked in a soft buttery bun. Korean fried chicken will always hit the spot! This restaurant is the perfect place to come to take a break from your studies and enjoy a delicious meal. The restaurant is super casual and a fun place to share heaping loads of chicken with some friends. We tried the spicy garlic chicken, the snow onion wings, and the tteokbokki. The chicken was incredibly crispy but still juicy and tender. Both of the sauces were good and balanced well with each other. If you’re seeking out Korean fried chicken in Evanston, CM is the place to go!
