Excellent customer service. I walked back to my car in the pouring rain and a minute later one of the workers came out in the pouring rain and brought me part of my order that was left in the store!!!

I was the only costumer in line and I had about 10 minutes wait before they get my order. I assume they are preping the online orders. Aside from that, I will say their crafted vegan cinnamon rolls are good. The dough is soft and toppings are creative...

Cinnaholic is probably my favorite chain of vegan bakeries out there (on that there are that many). It's a bit expensive but worth it for the delicious rolls and other baked goods.

We were visiting the area and walking around and decided to stop in for a cinnamon roll. It got the basic one to compare to others I have had. It was premade and had plenty of icing but most of it was already on the side and looked like it spewed out form the center. The dough was dry and seemed overcooked. The flavor was not that great. The interior was clean and the staff was friendly.

The cinnamon buns are delicious with a large variety of toppings. I love that they're not dairy! I got delivery this time so they were not warm when I got them but they were easy to warm up and everyone enjoyed!

I like buying the day olds and the fresh ones are wonderful as well. So filling but great
They had me at all vegan ?Delicious and warm creations (I got a plain with no chocolate cookie dough and my friend got the maple and nut bun). We both enjoyed it, with enough to take home for later. The baker/maker was friendly and created delicious treats for us ?

The entrance & where to order/pick up is wheelchair accessible but if you are wheelchair bound there isn't any wheelchair accessible seating, you have to "wing it". They only have high top tables with stools and a high top long table at the window with stools. I ended up cleaning and putting down a paper bag on a stool to use as a table. That being said... don't let that deter you from trying these amazing cinnamon rolls! There is no way these are 100% vegan! OMG! These are amazing! I had no idea they were vegan! I dare you to try to tell these are not vegan! They are so decadent, perfect flavors & textures! If you like cinnamon rolls, even if just a little bit, run, don't walk to your nearest Cinnaholic! The staff was very friendly and let us take our time deciding what to order. We will definitely be back (but if management sees this maybe put 1 regular height table? When we got there, there was another family with someone in a wheelchair but they were leaving as we got there so I don't know if they were just ordering to go or if they had planned on eating in but couldn't due to no wheelchair accessible seating. *Knocked 1 star off for non-accessible seating since they offer seating just not for all)
