Something is happening with Colectivo and it isn't good. The new app is a mess and I lost all accumulated reward points. They also changed the rewards structure without notification. I'm getting a really bad feeling that things are going to continue to go downhill. Luckily there are many options in downtown Evanston, and I start going to some of my former favorites. I think Colectivo is going to discover their decisions are going to end up being a major negative for image and business.

I was walking around town and stopped in for a latte. I ordered one of their signature lattes and it was really enjoyable.

Good coffee and space but terrible cashier service. The sandwiches are good. Gave it 4 stars bc too few other cafe in Evanston offer wifi and decent lunch options.
Update: they gave me the wrong order. Didn't notice until I left the store. Their staff isn't the greatest

Matcha taste like water with food coloring, vanilla cold brew bad after taste, breakfast burrito never get this, the egg taste like it’s expired, you can’t taste the sausage, you just taste the greens horrible taste. The burrito is over price for the portion it cost $7.45. OVERALL don’t come here ever in your lifetime

The drinks are very good and it has a nice vibe for doing some work.

Got stranded in Chicago because of American Airlines, but had the best coffee here and it made my day alot better.

Coffee was flavorful and well made, in a mug. The host was patient as we figured out what we wanted, and the biscuit, scone, and muffin were all delicious and huge!

This is the best coffee spot in Evanston these days. A tad corporate maybe, overrun with college students perhaps, but a great atmosphere with a solid menu.

The food is not fresh, it seems that they are resellers
They are so slow. I understand they’re busy and have a lot of orders, but there are so many online and delivery orders that you just cannot stop here on the way to somewhere and get a drink in less than 25 mins.
It’s so slow. You cannot stop here for coffee unless you have a plethora of spare time. They also need more vegan options.
