A decent place with plenty of seats, yet always crowded. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Good choice for a healthy or vegan brunch with lots of greens.

The food was ok and my chopped cob salad with added shrimp was fresh and tasty, but bacon was over fried and felt rocky. Maybe just a fluke.

Capitol was well presented. Much larger and brighter than I thought it would be. You order at the front counter, get a numbered table and someone brings your food to you. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

The menu was not updated and scammed the customer for more in the final price. The manager did not do the job well and solved the problem with a rude attitude. The whole management team needs training or being replaced.

I really enjoy this place. You order at the counter, then head to your table, and your food is out before you know it. Spanish omelet with a side of their homemade corned beef hash is a really nice way to start a morning.

We order a meal and asked the order takers NO PORK products. When we received the food, a piece of BACON was found in our food. I understand mistake happens, so we did not take it too seriously Don the manger apologized an refunded the money. Ofcourse this still does not remedy the grave violation of our faith. I feel staff should pay attention to these types of issues.

Stumbled upon this after a nice walk in the neighborhood. All the staff was really nice and it was a great place to have some breakfast and a coffee to get my day started. The place was busy and the vibes were high. I would come back here again to try more of their signature drinks and dishes

Probably my favorite coffeeshop in Evanston. They have plenty of space with a lot of comfortable chairs, perfect for a lazy afternoon coffee accompanied with their many delicious pastries.

A little cramped, but excellent service and great food and coffee.
