Just came in and ordered 2 - 12 oz bowls and paid $25. The Açaí bowls were pretty good but the girl gave us 2 - 8 oz bowls. I asked her to confirm these were 12 oz because they were small and she smiled in my face and said yes. I didn’t want to argue with a college student but these were in fact 8 oz when I paid for 12oz and tipped :/

A friend recommended me this place for their smoothies, so I found there's one in Evanston, which is the closest to me, I placed an online order for three acai bowls with selected ingredients, after I picked the order I went back home but was disappointed after found out the order was missing ingredients, specially the ones I paid extra for, the smoothies are delicious but they are not cheap, the 20 oz. with the extra ingredients were over $20 each, so you expect to get what you pay for, not less. I recommend the staff to pay more attention to each order and make sure ALL the selected ingredients are in the order so people won't get bad surprises.

The staff Thaina and Paulinho was super friendly and helpful, and my order came out quickly. The place has a vibrant, cozy vibe, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy a healthy treat.
For the portion size and quality, the prices were very reasonable. Overall, I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be coming back! Highly recommend!
