They are closed and taking up the ENTIRE parking lot with all their equipment. unreal couldn't even use the handicap spot as there was construction related stuff in the spot. unprofessional didn't let business sharing lot even know.

Yeah don't go here to eat they had ants crawling all over the counter where they placed people's drinks, I didn't even want to try the latte in case an ant fell in, they also still don't have a lot of donuts there, the manger of Dunkin should really check that place out and really crack down on them because that's that okay

I love dunkin' Donuts , but this one in evaston was a disappointment, very dirty, and unwelcoming. The door had fingerprints that looked like they were there for days, and the floor was disgusting, not to mention the worker was on the floor fixings machine while taking my order.

It was my first time visiting this location this morning and honestly, I didn’t want to leave a review. However, the person at the register was rude and I think it was too much.

Went to this location yesterday.
No one at the counter when I entered. I Had to yell to get some skinny kid to come forward.
I ordered a coffee. Kid hands me the coffee and heads to the back room. Where I can hear him talking to his uncle or whoever..
The coffee is luke warm. Border line cold.
I start yelling for him to come back to the front. Not exaggerating. I am yelling. Kid and his parent or the adult finally come forward after 10 minutes. They agree to replace the coffee, but the kid wasn’t happy because they had to brew a new pot.
Post brew, at one point in the prep process the kid mysteriously takes the coffee to the back and then comes forward to serve me. Trailed by what again I presume to be his dad or older sibling. I tried to strike up a short conversation about the smog Chicago is currently under to break the ice cold nature of the exchange. To no avail.
In retrospect, should have realized what was about to happen, so this is on me.
1 hour after drinking half the coffee he gave me, I’m keeled over vomiting up whatever they put in there. Writing this review one day later and I am still not feeling well!

Pretty run of the mill experience, staff is cordial, and I'm in about 4-5 times a month on my commute to work.
Really bad service. Can’t seem to get an order right. The young man did not get the order right with the previous customer and then when taking our order he again seemed to not understand and when repeating ourselves to makes sure her gets it right he said got it but when our order was ready it was wrong.
