I should've known better stopping a freaking Dunkin attached to a gas station! Furthermore trying Dunkin again was the major mistake! I ordered a lrg Midnight/black no sugar no cream! Yet I recieved a cup of hot barely flavored mud water. What a joke! And what a waste of my time and 4 bucks! LOL! Never again!

No matter what time of day I come here, this location is great. It's fast and I like how they have a drive thru. Every staff member there I am grateful for. If you're a regular, they know what you want and they learn your name. Good job great people.

Worst Dunkin donuts EVER! I should've known better because it's in a gas station. But I was in the area and wanted my chicken pepper wrap. There's a language barrier first off. If an employee can't thoroughly explain to you in English a question you ask about an item on the menu that's a problem. There's a drink I was unsure about and she couldn't communicate to me how it's made. I should've turned around then. Ordered it anyway. Lemonade is not a drink that comes out of a carton. While waiting on my order more people came in behind me. 2 people received a chicken pepper wrap after ordering after me. While I received my drink that I asked for with light ice, the cup was filled with ice and it tasted HORRIBLE!!! I'm still waiting on my wrap. Syrup from a carton isn't lemonade. I asked if I could exchange the drink. They wouldn't exchange it. I'm polite the entire time, the professionalism is non existent. They talk to you with an attitude because you can't understand what they're saying. The place can use some cleaning and the bathroom was NASTY. If you can help it do not go to this Dunkin donuts. Corporate or the HEALTH DEPARTMENT needs to be informed about the CLEANLINESS of the restaurant and the unprofessionalism of the staff. This is RIDICULOUS!
The food was great, but the associate who took my order didn’t acknowledge me or even say good morning. A little friendliness goes a long way in customer service. Hopefully, the staff can work on improving their engagement with customers.
