Love the food and quickness to get it out. But I do agree with other reviews on the off putting staff. Cashier was not friendly/welcoming and didn’t prompt me but then gave judgmental looks when I didn’t press a button or do my card quick enough. Didn’t even ask me to scan for my rewards so I missed out on that order. Love the place so will continue to order here I just don’t like when costumer service is not giving.

I’m not gonna lie , the staff was doing the best they could . But a suggestion would be to turn off Uber and DoorDash until you guys get back on track. You literally risk losing customers and regulars because you guys are trying to be money hungry. We get it , you want to make money, but you gotta prioritize one or the other or employ more people. You guy cannot have three workers on a Saturday morning . Like cmon. Overall I know workers were trying so I’m appreciative

Very rude to me. Ironic because I'm quiet most of the time I'm there, but some of the employees stare at me weird and when I was there earlier today they kept looking at me and talking amongst themselves. If you have something to say to me you should say it and not be underhanded about the whole thing. Cold coffee is good and bagels are good, but the environment and the employees make me not want to be around here.

Horrible service with the young lady wearing the black top collar shirt black dreads or locs she looks to be maybe a manager and she shouldn’t be she was yelling at a team Member when I walked in and also messed my order up because she was not paying attention had to go back miss my bus to work because when you order what you want your suppose to get what you paid for so I went back and she was completely rude poor customer service that job is not for you hunny ! She was mad because she messsd the order up and try to blame the team member for her wrongs then starting arguing with me ! Will Be calling corporate respect other how you would want to be treated!!!

The only reason we stopped going to this cafe is the people who work there.
Your staff tries to do everything they can to avoid working, creating queues.
When you ask a very polite [!] question about the time of your order, you almost always get a dissatisfied look and your order is literally thrown on the counter.
The worst thing is when it turns out that it was the wrong order. And you waited 15 minutes...just a toasted empty bagel.
I used to love my old Eistein's, but the one here isn't the same. The staff are rather unfriendly, and we had to wait almost 30 minutes for my husband's bagel sandwich!

I went there today June 24, 2024 around noon and it was my first time at Einstein bagel. I didn’t know what bagels I want how many I want so I was standing there and the tall African-American man asked me what do I want and I said I’m not sure how many bagels and he said if you want a dozen of bagels and I said I’m not sure how many bagels I want, and then he proceeded to say “you don’t have to do all that ma’am” in the sarcastic tone I wasn’t doing anything to him. I think it’s his job But instead, he was making me very uncomfortable telling me “You don’t have to do this ma’am” several times and I still don’t understand what I did to him. He was offended because I didn’t know what I wanted??? I will not come back to this place. I told him I’m not doing anything. I’m not sure what I want. I just want bagel and then he said again you don’t have to do all that to get bagel with attitude.. It is a service place so they should be nice to the customers and he had no clue how to respect customers. And he proceeded to say you don’t have to do all that ma’am several times. I am offended and upset. It was the worst Customer Service ever I had anywhere.!!!! I almost felt like I was bullied by him! Never this allocation again. This is my first bad review on Google, but it had to be addressed! I will tell all my friends and family about the horrible and degrading service and ask them not to go this location. After reading all these bad and once star reviews I’m not surprised. It explains that Saturday afternoon but the place is empty and there are so many employees but still managed to give bad service to the customers. They deserve one star.!
