This place used to have their act together, but the last two times I’ve been here it’s been an absolute nightmare. I pre-ordered both times and both were, literally, 20-30 minutes later than originally quoted. The employees couldn’t care less and had no urgency to help. Never again - this place needs to get their crap in gear. Maybe having more than two people on at a time may help.

I come here most mornings. The egg white and avocado bagel sandwich hits the spot. The coffee is outstanding, and it is bottomless and free if ordered on the app. Also, the staff have been nothing but kind and gracious.

I gave them four chances, and every single time, I left with a terrible impression of their attitude. Got 2 bagels for breakfast and both of them are burnt and too salty, and the chocolate chip muffins god knows how old is it, so hard, smells weird and taste so bad, all trash. Waste of money, never again

Love the food and quickness to get it out. But I do agree with other reviews on the off putting staff. Cashier was not friendly/welcoming and didn’t prompt me but then gave judgmental looks when I didn’t press a button or do my card quick enough. Didn’t even ask me to scan for my rewards so I missed out on that order. Love the place so will continue to order here I just don’t like when costumer service is not giving.

I’m not gonna lie , the staff was doing the best they could . But a suggestion would be to turn off Uber and DoorDash until you guys get back on track. You literally risk losing customers and regulars because you guys are trying to be money hungry. We get it , you want to make money, but you gotta prioritize one or the other or employ more people. You guy cannot have three workers on a Saturday morning . Like cmon. Overall I know workers were trying so I’m appreciative

Ironic because I'm quiet most of the time I'm there, but some of the employees stare at me weird and when I was there earlier today they kept looking at me and talking amongst themselves. If you have something to say to me you should say it and not be underhanded about the whole thing.
