Honestly the service could be better. I placed a pick up order and somehow my rewards did not carry through the order. The service was just not great but didn’t let that ruin my day. I thoroughly enjoyed the egg sandwich and it had tons of bacon. The food is great but the service could be better.

This location used to be great. This morning I went in for the first time in months and stood at the far register for over 5 minutes until one of the three guys behind the counter told me to go to the register closest to the door. No one seemed friendly, which I might overlook if not for the minimal amount of cream cheese and the fact that the floor was littered and NOT clean by any standard.

The girl at the register tried to charge me twice, didn’t toast my bagel sandwich and also gave a frozen twice baked hash brown? How so if it’s suppose to be twice baked. And they did nothing to accommodate the inconvenience never again. Disgusting

The workers there are extremely rude and nasty. I went on 09/17/23 in the afternoon and not only did this guy rush me with my order while there was nobody in there. He was dirty and never washed his hands. No gloves just slopping food together

Came here to pick up lunch but the employee at the cashier was visibly unhappy that we were here and was muttering under his breath.
i was helped out and better understood the functions of the app very patiently by AP. he was very kind, and generous with his time and made an unforgettable moment. as someone who was having a bad day, coming to this location picked me right back up.

This rating covers my time eating at Einstein Bros. in 2017. I was at Northwestern for a summer program and came here regularly. I always got two bagels. After leaving that year I missed the food dearly. I would say that this is where I got my start to loving bagels. Not sure if quality has changed.

What’s the point of having hours posted if you just decide when you want to close daily? Multiple times they have locked there doors, still inside, 2-3 hours before they are supposed to close. Sure the food is good, if you want it literally thrown at you. TERRIBLE service, unreliable hours.
