Me and my boyfriend visited this amazing place Wednesday evening and it was nothing short of excellence. I was already familiar with elephant + vine but he was not. From the moment we walked in to the moment we walked out was felt welcomed. Customer service was spot on, Food was A1 and the atmosphere was everything!! I look forward to visiting with you all again very soon!
Drove 45 min. distance cause the family loves the cauliflower buffalo wings.. OMG! Thee worst meal I have had there. I called to place the order in advance and Arron (manager) said it would be ready in 20min. I arrive exactly 20 min later and my bags are ready to go with mildly lukewarm fries, some burnt cauliflower and barely any sauce on the ones inside the bowl. For a family meal costing $80 was a real JOKE!!! Go to the location in CHICAGO this place has a high turnover of employees and the food is far from consistent unfortunately :(

I really love having a vegan spot like this in Evanston but I cannot keep ordering when my orders are consistently messed up. This food is too expensive to keep coming wrong. I just don’t get it but today was my last time. Such a bummer.
