I had a disappointing experience at Epic Burger. I tried calling multiple times, but no one answered the phone. When I finally received my order, it was wrong, which made the situation even more frustrating. Poor communication and mistakes with orders really affect the overall customer experience.

I usually get my order from the old orchard location and it’s always been a perfect experience. Unfortunately I somehow messed up and ordered from the Evanston location. This was the driest nastiest burger I’ve ever had. The whole outside was burnt, the patty crumbled in your hand. They put the ketchup, mustard and mayo under the tomato instead of the dried out burger. Not sure how the same chain of restaurant that gets the same ingredients and product and yet still be so off in taste. I most definitely will be triple checking pickup location from now on. The guy at the register was nice though.. he gets 5/5

The staff was very friendly and polite. As for the burgers, I really liked one called something like the Chicken California. Also, there’s a promotion where if you bring a receipt, you get the second one for free. I really like that place.
Burgers are just ok. But I love the people who work here. They give discounts, free drinks, cookies. Love the old mexican guy.

First time Was given a coupon , buy 1 burger get 1 free. Sweet potato waffle fries were Devine. Loved the food, definitely would go back. Shoot forgot pics……..next time
Consistently the best burger place I've been to. The food and service are amazing. The staff are super nice all the time and I can see why the place is epic. I have never had a bad experience with epic and go here all the time.

The food here is just excellent, with juicy patties and great fries! The service is also amazing, as after I waited in line for a little bit, the server comped my fries as a thanks for waiting for a bit to order. Really cannot say enough good things, as this place is truly epic! :)
Vegetarian options: Great Vegetarian options, including Beyond Burgers that are just amazing! I’m so glad that I’ve found a place that does “veggie” burgers right!

The wait time was quick less than 15 mins for 3 plates. We went at 4:00 so not rush hour but there was no line. The music was a little to loud but not to harsh. But the meal was excellent!
Vegetarian options: I got the beyond meat burger and thought there wasn’t much options for a vegetarian I was beyond satisfied with my meal!
The vegan alternative at Epic burger was very well stacked with protein and veggies. The price could've been more balanced yet the taste was significantly satisfying. Trying something new paid off.
