I always come back for the service. I never have complaints about it. I always sit at the bar or the rooftop when it's open. Recently, they decided to remove the oxtail rolls from the menu and that was also 1 of the only reasons I go because besides those I know better tasting Caribbean restaurants. I'm not so sure I'll take the drive to go here now. Jerk chicken and estovitch are good. My friend wasn't a fan of their seafood pasta. I always get the oxtail gravy on the side because the rice and peas are always dry

My husband asked for a straw the waiter told him to get it hisself on our anniversary, the waiter Yakiesha had the worst attitude and all the food lacked flavor. lobster Mac and cheese was a waste of my time why the bread crumbs on top of it .. soo disappointed .. decor is beautiful tho

I've been coming to GTG since before they moved to their current location. Years upon years. The food is good af but the service has always been ugh inducing. This time I wait to be seated for a good 5 min. in their sparsely occupied restaurant. The bar was a bit full but not the tables. After a busser finds the hostess for me she seats me. I wait for a ridiculous amount of time just to have the same woman turn out to be who takes my order. I order their Jerk chicken and a Red Stripe. The food came out in a timely manner and was as good as I remembered (it had been awhile bc my last experience was also tragic) but the Red Stripe never came. She never checked in. I finished eating and waited and waited until my empty water was filled by a different (I presume) busser and I told him I was ready for my check. He informed the bartender who looked at me and confirmed. I waited again thinking the bartender doesnt want to do the servers job. The first busser asks if I was good and I told him I'm waiting on my check. He informs the bartender and the server both of them meet at the register, at which point they both look at me and ask if I still want the Red Stripe. I say no. The bartender drops the check. There's no apology from either woman for botching the order. I then notice an 18% gratuity automatically added!! ? I wait some more and the busser that filled my water is the one who eventually picks up the check to finalize it with the bartender. I was there the good side of an hour and I'm a fast eater. That being said, I will continue to get food from here (for now) but this is most assuredly the LAST time I dine in. UGH!!

Good food, but they run out of food quickly, and their cabbage isn't steamed. It's tossed like a salad, which is something to consider if you prefer traditional soul food. My Oxtail didn't have a lot of meat on the bone either.Vegetarian options: Vegetable sidesKid-friendliness: Kids are welcome upstairs

Really not what it used to be. The cabbage tasted old with a foul smell. Oxtail was tasty but had little flesh. And a Jamaican restaurant with no plantain on a Sunday ? Very disappointed for $45. Otherwise good atmosphere and service but the food is now what it used to be.

This was my first time trying Good to Go cuisine. I was pleasantly surprised. The Curry Chicken was soo good. The portions were huge, where I was able to have some for another meal. Excellent service, I will definitely be back next time I'm in town.

First time here and everything from the dj music to food and ambiance was on point. Definitely recommend. Food was delicious. I will be back for live music. Saturday afternoon 2pm was the best time ever to go! Thank you for experience. I got a chance to meet the owner she was very personable. Jeanette and Shanice keep being great. And the DJ was ? !!!!!Parking: Parking lot and street parking available

The food is good but the people working there are so rude and disrespectful!!!! The manager is actually the worst!!! Many time we ordered on uber eats and they call and said they don’t have it. Which is fine, but then they make it seems like it’s your fault they don’t have what they’re advertising of having in the 1st place and instead of trying to make it up to you, the manager had the nerve to tell me “take it or leave it “ and then proceed to hang up on my face!!! I’m not sure if she’s also the owner of the restaurant but she shouldn’t be in any related field where respect and professionalism are expected!

Authentic Jamaican cuisine with bold flavor. The only Jamaican restaurant with soup that fills you up!. If you’ve never tried Jamaican soup I advise you to, once you have some no other soup will do. Their dine in restaurant has great atmosphere, the staff is friendly and courteous too. The restaurant is well decorated, and their restrooms are very clean, neat, well decorated and tidy. It’s far from where I live, but well worth the trip.
