Very nice staff and good atmosphere

Such a cute shop! It's got that old fashioned feel to it, lots of outdoor seating. With that said it was a little messy but it was very busy at the time as well. My kids love this place, everyone is able to get their favorite flavor of ice cream as they have a lot to choose from. Really generous portions and for a decent price as well. We're new to the area but this place will soon be a regular stop for us I think 😁

Cute little shop, smells amazing inside. Was a little confusing to order as employees mostly kept diverting their eyes. It also threw me off that the check out counter wasn’t visible/accessible to customer. But lots of choices, that I believe is the Hartigan’s brand, all of which tried were pretty yummy.

Delicious ice cream. There is plenty of outdoor seating but I will say the area was a little dirty when we went - dried, sticky ice cream on the tables and the cute spoons you get with the ice cream were littered around.

Best chocolate variations in Ev....but please change ir online info. I drove across town bcuz onlone says ur open til 10 and ur not

Hartigans is amazin. I appreciate the staffs and managers kindness to me even though I have autism and their food is amazing and really good. Julius, Marsha, Bridget, Sydney, Maya, Jeremy, and Sophia are very friendly. I love their black cherry and green river combination. The ice cream is freshly imported from Cedar Crest! The restaurant is clean. Amazing ice cream. Must come back. 10/10.

So cute and nostalgic! it's inviting and you feel like the staff knows their regulars. They are happy to allow me to try different flavors and everything tasted so good that it was hard to decide. Next time I am back in the area, I will definitely go back.

We are regulars here for the last 20 yrs. Its a hit and miss with service. But overall, it is still one of our family favorites. Our kids come here weekly and even they noticed service can sometimes not be the best especially when its busy. The scoops starts to get sloppy and inconsistent. Sometimes its extremely small. For the price paid at least be consistent.

WARNING! I ate here and immediately came down with Happiness. I attribute this to 3 things. 1) Julie. She is as sweet as the icecream. 2) The Team... just as Sweet. 3) OMG! AMAZING!
The last time I had happiness like that from icecream was years ago at the fancy Drake.
