I have ordered from this location numerous times and my orders are constantly incorrect. Donāt order ice cream because it will likely not be included with your delivery and they will blame the delivery driver. They do little to make things right. I order from crumbl now, where the cookies are better, the service is great, prices are lower and the orders are never delivered incorrectly.

I've had many of their cookies, but the white chocolate macadamia is my favorite by far.
If you order for delivery, you're going to miss out on that "just out the oven" warmness. This place is best enjoyed in person.

Super small shop. They have 3 different kinds of vegan cookies. I got the vegan chocolate chunk cookie and the vegan double chocolate cookie. They were both really yummy. I am not vegan, but these tasted like normal cookies. I will say the double chocolate cookie had more a brownie texture than a cookie texture. I would recommend going but fair warning, they do not have any vegan ice cream.

I am a regular customer of Insomnia Cookies, as in an almost every day customer of Insomnia Cookies. Today I drove 30 min to the Evanston, IL. location just to be ignored at the register. When I said āhello?ā, an older woman with glasses and green hair walked over to the register and said sheās not taking walk-ins right now. Iāve been coming to insomnia for YEARS and have never heard this before. Maybe this was a new thing. So I asked her what day and time does Insomnia Cookies not take walk-ins, so I could avoid this. She stumbled over her words and then stated usually itās not a problem, but sheās the only one there today. I was ready to end the interaction but she continued to explain herself stating that the boxes would defrost and so on. I bought 1 blueberry cookie and our interaction took all of two minutes, wouldāve been less if she had stopped talking. Too bad, Iāve always loved this location. I did however, find an amazing new ice cream place because of this. āParlor on Centralā in Evanston. Phenomenal. Try the SāMores ice cream!!

Stay from this place. The cookies are dangerously good and will get you addicted to the sweet, sugary, food coma-inducing flavors. They are absolutely terrible for your health yet, so freaking delicious ?
This location is very small and tight, but the customer service is splendid. It was a little disappointing to see that the size of the cookies has decreased over the years. There are great offers/deals through the company app. The cookies are served warm, and they're delicious!!!
