The service is VERY slow, always. It does not matter if it is busy or not, they are always moving slow. They are never in the front to greet or take orders when we arrive. I downloaded app to order a head of time and avoid the consistent slow service. On March 4th I ordered at 5:08pm, I arrived at 5:25pm. When I arrived no one was in the front (of course) AND my smoothie was not ready or even in the process of being prepared. I had absolutely NO time to wait at this point and had to leave. I asked for a gift card or rain check for the smoothies I paid for ahead of time. I was told NO. The gentlemen did not seem to care and had no solution for his lack of attention and timely service. I will NEVER come here again. It should not take 30 minutes EVERY time I go get a smoothie. Most times they aren't even busy and it still takes minimum of 20 minutes for these guys to make 1 smoothie. I still have not received a refund or my smoothies and I am STILL waiting to hear back from the manager smh. Do not offer online orders ahead of time if you aren't going to attend to them.

Store is closed mid day. People (including me) were waiting outside since 5:05pm till 5:55pm on 02/25/2024 (Sunday) and no one showed up. Lights were still on and store timing is till 7pm. Not sure why they shut it down. Tried calling multiple times and no luck.
All hail Jamba Juice! It's back! Ever since my local North Shore Jamba Juice closed, I was a little down. But huzzah! Alas, recently, this location opened up in good old Evanston. The staff attended to me right away and made a delicious mango smoothie that I ordered. It was very quick and simple, not to mention delicious! I'm so glad that this place is back in my local area. In Evanston, it might be harder to find parking, but when I went I got a spot right in front of there. The whole family loves Jamba! In fact, my two year old son said the word "Jamba" before he could say "Dada"! Wouldn't you believe that?! Classic family story. Anyhow, enough about me... come to Jamba!

Just ordered here and a kind, young gentleman working all alone was polite, warm, and was upbeat, all while being the only person working in the store while making my smoothie. About three other parties all walked in while I was waiting, and he still kept an upbeat mood. I've worked retail on Michigan Avenue and even I would've been a bit flustered, but he never was. Find out who this young man was and take care of him! -- Matt

This might be the only smoothie/juice bar left in Evanston. No different than any other Jamba Juice but a little smaller due to location. Service is always good. I noticed a lot of people pre order on the app which I'm going to start doing myself. The "Mega Mango" is my favorite go to smoothie.
