Store is closed mid day. People (including me) were waiting outside since 5:05pm till 5:55pm on 02/25/2024 (Sunday) and no one showed up. Lights were still on and store timing is till 7pm. Not sure why they shut it down. Tried calling multiple times and no luck.

All hail Jamba Juice! It's back! Ever since my local North Shore Jamba Juice closed, I was a little down. But huzzah! Alas, recently, this location opened up in good old Evanston. The staff attended to me right away and made a delicious mango smoothie that I ordered. It was very quick and simple, not to mention delicious! I'm so glad that this place is back in my local area. In Evanston, it might be harder to find parking, but when I went I got a spot right in front of there. The whole family loves Jamba! In fact, my two year old son said the word "Jamba" before he could say "Dada"! Wouldn't you believe that?! Classic family story. Anyhow, enough about me... come to Jamba!

Just ordered here and a kind, young gentleman working all alone was polite, warm, and was upbeat, all while being the only person working in the store while making my smoothie. About three other parties all walked in while I was waiting, and he still kept an upbeat mood. I've worked retail on Michigan Avenue and even I would've been a bit flustered, but he never was. Find out who this young man was and take care of him! -- Matt

This might be the only smoothie/juice bar left in Evanston. No different than any other Jamba Juice but a little smaller due to location. Service is always good. I noticed a lot of people pre order on the app which I'm going to start doing myself. The "Mega Mango" is my favorite go to smoothie.Parking: Several street parking but it may be hard to find parking depending on timing
The smoothies were delicious and made in a timely manner with excellent customer service. 10/10 would come

Ive gone and ordered the impossible handwich 3 separate times, and every time they give me the normal one with meat. I cannot eat meat, and they never care to actually pay attention to what they are making. That, on top of being told that i must have ordered wrong, even though ive been vegetarian for well over 2.5 years
They put up a huge poster for a cult.Edit: They've apparently taken it down now but it's still weird that they put it up in the first place.

I love Jamba Juice smoothies, everything is so healthy and delicious I started going to this location almost 4 times a week since it's by my work, I always order a mega mango with raspberry sorbert (it is made perfect everytime). The last time I went there I brought my mom with, I walked in first and was looking at the menu. My mom was still outside (she was vaping and minding her business!) The nasty b**** at the register named Latasha or Latisha started talking s*** about my mother to me, not knowing it's my mother. She said "OH NO WHATS SHE DOIN, SHES TO OLD TO BE VAPIN" "WHY DOES SHE LOOK LIKE THAT" my mother was walking towards the door to come in and Latasha says "UH UH DONT YOU COME IN HERE!" My mother walked in and Latasha decided to act nice like she wasn't talking all that s**** I was shocked that someone could be so rude and disrespectful to someone they don't even know. The only reason for being so rude to my mother who is a very sweet lady is racism. The whole experience was so heartbreaking and disturbing, I will never be going back to any Jamba Juice and I advise anyone else to not go there unless you want to be made fun of for existing. It's a shame because I really loved the smoothies.
