I mean, the sandwiches are standard for any JJ's, you either love them or hate them. I tend to gravitate more towards customer service, and this place, in particular, is very good at making people feel welcome and addressing their needs, Even for something as simple as a sandwich. Great staff, friendly and fast. Even wished me a happy birthday. ?

I work at a neighboring store and come to Jimmy John's every now and then. Today, really was amazing. I was outside shoveling to make a pathway for our clients from the street to the sidewalk (our sidewalk was clear because our landlord did what they were supposed to do.) I cannot say the same for the rest of Sherman Ave.Although our landlord shoveled our sidewalk, the path from the street to the sidewalk was still covered with snow. I went to make a pathway. A 78 YEAR OLD...
