Extensive menu with items that aren't found at every order sushi place. Diverse drink selections including sake flights. The squid salad was light and flavorful, the sashimi sampler was artfully presented and had generous portions of fish. The grilled beef asparagus roll had a delicious sauce but the meat was over cooked and had an odd texture so maybe stick with fish or veggies here. Miso soup was also good. Recommend and will return.

The food was excellent as usual. We had the special tuna which was fatter than the hamachi and it was worth it. The restaurant was busy so the service was a little slow but all in all I would highly recommend Kansaku.

Been coming here for over a decade, usually great service and amazing food. Was just in for lunch last week for lunch and my wator was the best, amazing food and hand crafted drinks.
In 10+ years have never had a bad experience until tonight, my waitress was rude and told me they no longer make special request drinks that aren’t on the menu. I have been going here 2-3 times a month for a decade, always order a lemon drop with free filet. She told me they don’t make drinks off the menu anymore, poor service, poor attitude and refused to make a drink they had all the ingredients before and I have been getting for years.
Quality of food, drinks and staff have definitely declined. I miss the old wait staff, this use to be one of my favorites but all the good staff had left. Very unfortunate.
