There was a specific apple flavor they were out of and Robyn offered to make it for me and even after I said she didn’t need to, she insisted! She was so sweet and super friendly. She gave us samples of ice cream and fudge and everything was so delicious!!!

Mediocre, not bad, but not great either. They ended up having what I needed but the vibe check is definitely a better experience with slightly more options at the location downtown (Chicago) vs Evanston. Trust me it's the little things that'll make the extra trip a worthwhile experience.

Ice cream is Delish! Never had issues here. A bit pricey for a scoop of ice cream, but can’t argue the taste! Very clean store too. I went when it wasn’t busy, so that was a plus.

Ice cream was completely freezer burned. Could see the ice crystals. Paid $7.79 (pre tax) for a single scoop 😵 which is what you’d pay for a premium ice cream. Nothing premium about that experience. Would avoid

Kilwins has a great collection of ice creams, cookies and chocolates. The variety is huge and they also have a lot of packed chocolates and ice creams. Northwestern University students get an additional 10%.
