Discovered this gem at the Libertyville farmers market- it’s the most delicious kombucha ever & such lovely flavors! The only question I have is if the kombucha is pasteurized (sorry if this is a stupid question) if not if you could please start making a kid friendly version occasionally that would be amazing! I visited for the first time yesterday and will definitely return, despite a bit of a drive. The tap room is terrific and the product delicious and fresh. A very welcoming environment!
