I ordered the combination dry pot from this restaurant through UberEat, and there’s a beer cap in the food.

I have been a loyal customer for years and have always appreciated its existence. However, after consuming the 'duck blood curd' on Saturday night, both diners experienced dizziness, nausea, and fatigue. We attributed these symptoms to the food and attempted to contact the restaurant chain, but we have not received a reply after 24 hours. They may be busy, but we are concerned about our experience.

3.9/5. Food was good. Definitely above average.
I feel like if I spend $50 on 2 dishes and a boba tea, it should include rice? Or at least ask me if I want any rice, before I leave with my take-out?

The food was delicious. Place was clean and nice ambiance. The ordering was a bit confusing bc it has to be done through a QR code even if dining in but luckily our sever notice we were having a bit of a hard time and gladly took our order the old fashion way ?
All our items were great - the Szechuan chicken, home style tofu, and sesame noodles. Pickup was easy - the food was waiting for us at the front and was still hot by the time we got home. Would highly recommend for anyone wanting Chinese food in Evanston.

Three cups chicken is my favorite. I've eaten this dish in Chinatown and skoki's branch respectively. It's a completely different taste. The taste here is the best. It has a sweet basil flavor.

Highly recommend the eggplant, I had mine with pork. I ate it with chopsticks, but you can use a fork. Take your time, savor each bite. Good food, good price, day or night.

The same thing has happened to me twice now in the past month. I highly encourage everyone to exercise extreme caution when ordering food for delivery from this restaurant. Three weeks ago, we ordered food for delivery. It was late -- more than 40 minutes late. When I called the restaurant, they told me the delivery service hadn’t come to get my food yet but that it had been sitting there ready for pickup. I asked what the plan was to get my food to me, and the waiter told me he hoped the service would come soon. (He also told me that there was no manager there that night.) Eventually the food arrived, 40 minutes later than it was supposed to. It was cold, of course. When I called the restaurant again, the same waiter told me there was nothing he could do about it because he was not a manager, but offered me a credit toward my next purchase. I asked if he’d just apply the credit now as a partial refund, and he told me nobody there knew how to do that. UPDATE: This same thing happened to me a second time this week. This time, my food was so late (an hour and 20 minutes after when it was supposed to arrive; two full hours after I placed the order) that I had to drive to the restaurant myself to pick up the food. My wife had to leave our house, so she never got to eat her meal. The food that eventually arrived was cold, as it had been sitting in the restaurant for an hour and a half before I came to get it myself. I was told that they could not simply cancel and refund the order because there was no manager on site to do so; so instead, the server told me he would have a manager call me. The manager never called, and so I called three days later to follow up. The manager I spoke with said she could not refund me because I needed to ask for the refund on the same day (which I had done). This is NOT a place I would ever order delivery from again. I encourage you all not to do so either.

Average Chinese food altho the wonton was too thick and rice too dry
