LeTour Brasserie Reviews
Amy Morton doesn't know me at all. We live 235 miles away and we are not able to dine at her restaurant anytime soon.
Nevertheless, we sent a blind inquiry looking for information on a performer who appeared at Found Kitchen 3 years ago. Our inquiry is never going to make any money for Amy, we know that and she knows that. Altho she could have blown off our request, she had her staff reach out to us the next day with all of the contact info we possibly could need....because...read full review
This place is wonderful. Fantastic food. Amazing cocktails. Gorgeous design. And incredibly warm, gracious service by Amy and her team.

LeTour Brasserie offers a sophisticated atmosphere with welcoming warmth in the heart of Evanston, right at the street level of the Bank One building, at the intersection of Davis & Orrington streets. The staff is fantastic, knowledgeable, and friendly, providing excellent service and helpful wine recommendations. The beet salad with goat cheese, Caesar salad, trout, steak frites, and burnt cheesecake are all delicious options. Customers have also enjoyed the chicken tagine, which is large enough for an “encore meal” the next day, and the butternut squash bucatini with Italian sausage and crisp fried sage leaves, which has been noted for its appeal.
LeTour Brasserie is praised for its attentive service and interesting selection of fine food and drink. The restaurant features plenty of covered and heated outdoor seating, allowing guests to enjoy their meals while listening to an accordion player, especially during celebrations like Bastille Day. The outdoor area is enhanced by street art murals, adding to the charm and creating a memorable dining experience.
Desserts are a highlight, with the profiteroles being called the best ever and the carrot wedding cake with dried fruits and cream cheese filling being especially appreciated during special occasions. While the food overall is good, some guests found certain main courses lacked seasoning. The ambiance is lively, making it a popular choice for celebrations, cozy gatherings, and impressing out-of-town guests.
