Celebrating Bastille Day with Le Tour was great on a very pleasant day dining outside listening to an accordion player gave it the right vibe to celebrate the French holiday. The cava/rose special with oysters was great and shared an order of mussels as well. Wait staff was friendly and attentive. Very nice time!
We had a delightful 75th birthday celebration over Sunday brunch at Le Tour that offers attentive service and an interesting selection of fine food and drink. Highly recommended for the food, ambiance and service.
Nice place in the middle of the town . We didn't got good value to our money , but the drinks were good.
Out group of 6 (including 4 out of town guests who had never been to Le Tour) loved sitting outside on a beautiful night! Since we hadn't specified this beforehand, our hostess went out of her way to find us an open table under a tree away from guests on the covered patio. Despite being "off the beaten path," we had prompt & attentive service throughout the evening. The salmon was sensational, the burgers so yum, and those frites are to die for! Our guests were very impressed. Thanks Le Tour, for making us look like spectacular hosts!
I have been to LeTour and this time it was even better. I love how the dining is divided and more private. Our waitress was fantastic and she got our son out in time for the graduation fireworks. We would highly recommend!
We enjoyed our visit to Le Tour for happy hour. They offer a unique happy hour menu with 1/2 price drinks and wine. Our server Hattie was quite pleasant.
Overall, lovely space and delicious food. Two in our group did have the sandwiches which unfortunately had slightly stale bread, which made it incredibly chewy and tough. They did take some money off the bill for that. I'd recommend against the steak and eggs. There was a small amount of steak that was already pre-cut. It was more like a serving of fried potatoes and a side of some cut steak and two eggs. I was a little surprised with my salad - albeit tasty, I was surprised to see canned tuna (see photo).
food was so bad and overpriced

Love LeTour!! Sophisticated atmosphere balanced by welcoming warmth in the heart of Evanston. The staff is fantastic, upbeat and knowledgeable - very helpful with wine selection. The beet salad with goat cheese was absolutely delicious and the Caesar salad hits every note. One of our favorite spots in Evanston!!

The good is very expensive for the poor quality. Portions are tiny and you pay for side orders. They try to present as French etc .. nothing like French. Do not recommend it at all .

Consistently excellent. First night server and he was well trained and had he not told us it was his first night we would have never known. He made sure to tell us that he had tried all the dishes and drinks and could assist as needed. Great training!
Very good. Tremendous service. Somewhat overpriced, but all the food was very tasty.
