I don’t recommend this location at all. Our drinks were not made correctly: not sweet, no tea in the milk tea.
We’ve had Moge tee at other locations so we know what the taro milk swirl should taste like and it was NOT it, there was just taro pieces in almond milk. it’s like they were missing ingredients. Our bubble milk tea didn’t even have tea in it! It was just milk and pearls with no sweetness at all! Not coming back.

Came in asked for a green grape slushy with chease foam, and i git acup of only cheese foam when o asked i was told that this is how they make it I was like this is not how it's advertised this all cheese they just said sorry that how we make it.... Very disappointing had to throw out my drink because it was all just cheese foam

Ordered Möge for the first time around 9 pm on a Friday night and was pleasantly surprised how good everything was prepared and packed First and foremost the packaging has to be the best quality amongst bubble tea stores in Chicago - so thoughtful! We got brown sugar boba w cheese foam and we absolutely looooved the taste Now I’m excited to try many more items on the menu

I was told any drink that had 3 or more toppings is upgraded a size - so I payed to upgrade to large and I added two additional toppings (to talking 3) making the drink with a tip over $9 and nope - it came in the smaller cup, when I asked the guy, he said it depends on the drink, in reality I’ve ordered this exact same drink before the exact same way and had it upgraded to the larger cup - this made me very sad - I figured he would say sorry about that and replace it with a larger cup version and instead made me feel like a cheap person just for asking - and said nope - depends on the drink…

I been coming here for the past months, and today 10/09/2024 I accidentally placed an wrong order online and I kept on calling the store to help me with my problem i called them 10 times they didn’t pick up and when they picked up the dude hung up on me? how ridiculous I’m so disappointed.
