i used to go here all the time and i'm glad not much has changed
I hate to have to write this since I am a fan of Noodles and Company, especially their Chicken Noodle Soup, but after ordering 6 bowls of that item and receiving such a small portion that left me and my family disappointed, this is one location I do not recommend. The amount of broth barely covered the noodles and other ingredients. I spoke with a team member but it seems the portion size is predetermined and since it was via Uber Eats, nothing could be done from their end. Overall, best to avoid takeout from this location. If anything, you're better off taking your chances eating inside the location for at least the possibility of a good portion size.

Rude and unprofessional customer service. I had called to get some information regarding food ingredients for food allergies purposes that I have but the person on the phone was so rude, is not really engaging in the conversation and is impatient. Never again!

Flavorless underwhelming dishes. For a place called noodles and company, their noodles are also pretty bad. Their famous mac and cheese is worse than Kraft’s boxed mac by a good margin.

Hire some people to help these kids. Dang sat in line for 20 minutes for a Rice Krispie treat bc they were slammed with online orders. Or restrict intake on online orders, but I felt bad for them but also impressed how they handled it
The Med Salad had barely any feta, it was the tiniest parmesan cheese-sized crumbles, most of the salad is comprised of brown wilted lettuce. The dressing is inedibly salty. For the prices they charge, this quality is unacceptable. They also charged for extra cheese on another dish and put cold shredded cheese in a cup instead of in the dish. Save your money and go to Sweetgreen where they know how to make a salad.

After doing some shopping and walking around the area, we wanted to stop in for a light lunch of noodles. When we walked into the restaurant, no one was at the front counter and waited a bit. We placed our orders and the food was brought to our table in a timely manner. I ordered the Spicy Korean Beef Noodles, which has a tasty and not too spicy.

Don’t go here the service is terrible. They made me pay for chicken on my bowl (which is 4 extra dollars) that I just did not ask for and they wouldn’t refund me for it. The food was also just not

Dirty, and I guess it's my fault for ordering the chicken Cesar salad in a noodle place but it was the worst I've had in a long, long time.
