I've ordered from you before and now after this recent one, I'm leaving this review - your phone is disconnected, NO ONE IS picking up, and I haven't gotten ANY updates. It's been almost 2 HOURS and no updates nor food has been delivered. Grubhub support couldn't even help me - they said they called you TWICE and nothing could happen. Your driver finally texted me after 2 hours I placed the order. And I always tip your drivers in cash, lot more money than what Yelp tells me to tip. It's a shame because you guys have such great food but I'm never ordering from you again if you're gonna be this negligent and tactless. Wtf is wrong? Did you suddenly go out of business?!

VERY delicious and amazingly generous portion sizes, my partner and I shared a single combo and walked away STUFFED, very calm atmosphere. Very reasonable price considering all these things.cannot recommend enough.

When this restaurant opened the owner was pleasant to deal with. That has gone down the drain. Customer service SUCKS and the atmosphere looks like a typical slum.Also, the location of this restaurant is in a predominantly black area in Evanston and reviews don't accurately reflect the demographics of the area. Food for thought.Have some respect for the Evanston community for patronizing your establishment and give a genuine response. I wish I had read the reviews before ordering here. I placed an online order and was told it would be ready at this time. When I arrived at the time that was given, I had to wait another 20 minutes. It was a one man show there. I ordered a steak quesadilla, a swiss mushroom burger, a regular burger, a hot dog & fries, two philly cheesesteak, chicken thenders and cheese fries. This was an $80 order, and the only items that were good were the burgers and hot dogs. The Swiss mushroom burger did not have any cheese because they were out, and I had to call and ask. The 10 piece chicken tenders were horrible. There was so much black pepper in the breading that we couldn't even eat it. The Philly Cheese Steak sandwiches barely had any meat on them, and that tasted like black pepper. The steak quesadilla had a strange taste to it as well. I called to complain because the food wasn't edible. I was told to come back, and I would be made a better Philly sandwich. When I arrived, I received a refund for both Philly sandwiches, and I had to argue with him for a refund on my $17 chicken tenders that no one could eat. I will never return to this place again. A note to the owner- chicken tenders should have a basic taste to it. If you're going to serve food with extra spices or your own spin on it, then state that on your menus. If you can't, then hire a cook that knows how to prepare these items properly.
