Canceled my order and didn’t tell me and lied and said he left a voicemail for me being a new customer which I’m not and wasted my points he cancelled because he doesn’t have a drive that’s not my problem he didn’t update the app and had me sitting here waiting for nothing.

Never experienced this in all the times I’ve came in to order I was in here for a while already waiting for my order to be taken and this no one said anything to me while I was in here then another women comes in the lady who was working Janet she said her name was took her order first and I was just shocked as all hell because I couldn’t believe in 2024 that were still doing this yes Janet & the customer she took before me are white get it together Pizza Hut THATS NOT A GOOD LOOK AT ALL!!!!!!
the pizza was great , i am pregnant and i dont like heavy food , pizza was fresh cooked and hot , Very light , i love it delisious , ill come again

Getting really angry with Pizza Hut right now! Their online contact us isn’t working because the page just constantly reloads… I ordered from the restaurant yesterday evening at 951 Howard St and selected contactless curbside. I arrived at my selected time and clicked the “I’m here” button. After 10 minutes waiting in my car I called the store to ask when my order will be out and was told “we didn’t know you were here”. What’s the point of having to click that button if they aren’t notified? They finally came out and put the food in my trunk. I get to the event I was attending as I was in charge of bringing the food and find out I’m missing part of my order. I called the restaurant and had the most annoying conversation of my life with one of your team members. I told them “hey I was just there and someone forgot to bring out part of my order and I’m not going back up there so just refund me for the items that were missing” to then be told “we aren’t allowed to issue refunds and your only option is to get a credit” first off, that’s illegal to not offer a refund for items you never gave someone as that’s literal theft. I’m tempted to just dispute the entire transaction through my card issuer and make you eat that loss. I told your employee that no I will not accept a credit and that I demand a refund as it wasn’t my error and I don’t live near that store so refund my card for what was missing!!! She then tells me well according to her store/area manager I have to bring my entire order back if I want a refund for the one item I never got. PLEASE TELL ME HOW THAT MAKES ANY SENSE?!?!? I told that employee to have that manager reach out to me and I have just been ignored. If I don’t get a response today I’m disputing the entire charge with my bank.

The white guy there I think he's a delivery driver makes the most disgusting comments about some lady coming in not speaking English. He said how do they get drivers license and don't speak English. Then goes on to say I don't like them being here taking up all the door dash jobs. And when he was confronted by me it's a even bigger problem. And when I told his manager who was standing right there he acts like he didn't here none of the nonsense his coworker was saying. And when I said do you hear the disgusting comments he is making he all like no and handle the situation extremely poorly letting his disrespectful employee continue to talk to people that way. And be extremely disrespectful to me when he got called out. Pizza hut do better.

I called because I got the wrong pizza delivered. The lady who picked up the phone was very nice and sent us the correct pizza within 20mins. After all pizza was great and enjoyed.

Worse pizza ever ?? nasty uncooked personal cheese pizza. My son won a free personal pizza from school for reading and he was so excited about it. I knew better bu I was hopeful. Went in to order but the cashier said I had to order it on the app ? while she talked to another costumer about how rude the last costumer was. I tried to place an order on the app but couldn't pay, so I picked to pay in store. She was able to accept my coupon magically. Finally got the pizza and it was dough and the cheese was barely ? melted. My son wanted to try it but I wouldn't allow it. I tossed the pizza and gave him $10 and got him some wingstop.
