Food has gone way downhill. No seasoning, no flavor, dry. There is a miniscule amount of sauce on the fish and that's it. Bowl is mainly unseasoned rice. You need to give sides of sauce or soy sauce or something.

Fantastic custom poke, with many options. Staff was knowledgeable about ingredients, dietary restrictions, and flavor profiles. I was easily able to find a dairy-free option for myself by talking with the server, and several other dietary restrictions are already listed on the menus. I also cannot emphasize enough how cool all the plants are.

Went here just a week ago. Felt like having lunch in an updated rainforest cafe, the plants and the bright wood furniture gave it a nice lush, summery atmosphere. Built my own bowl and was very impressed with both the freshness and taste. Their marinated cucumber side dish is delicious and perfectly spicy too.
I've been coming here for around 5 years so it breaks my heart to do this. But this place is nothing what it once was. The moment you walk into the door you are met with some very pretentious and rude front of house workers. Like I have never had a positive interaction with them they're always upset about something and putting it on the customers.
Also it is near impossible to get the food anymore. As for the last few months they don't seem to allow you to call and pickup food or order food for pickup online. They never answer their phone at all for that matter. So only way you can grab it is pay 11 dollars in extra fees for delivery. Or walk in and wait 30 mins to get it cause they also move at a snails pace.
Real shame though as the food here is great. But you shouldn't have to go through so much bs to get it. It's no wonder all the nice people who used to work there are now gone.
