At first it was just not reading instructions and not sending part of my order. But that steak sandwich gave me the worst food poisoning of all time.. while eating it i seen bits of chicken mixed in too?

They packed my order and "forgot" to put half of the food inside. Obviously no one checked the order nor the bag. I called I discovered the missing items and was told "oh yea, sorry we found the sandwiches after your driver picked up the order. contact Grubhub for a refund." Clearly I wanted sandwiches, not the money. Maybe the workers wanted a free sandwich, I don't know. If so, ENJOY THE SANDWICHES I PICKED OUT FOR YOU. What I do know is the service was terrible. Perhaps more diligence in checking orders for completeness is needed here.

Very disappointed. Ordered a meal and didn't receive my 2 bags of chips nor pot pie topping for my soup. You guys gotta slow down because missing all my add ons is ridiculous. So dissatisfied

Nice potbelly sandwich shop. The skinny turkey avocado is very good. They toast it and you tell’em what you want on it. Chip bags a bit skimpy, i like Jimmy Johns kettle chips better. But the combo not a bad deal. The wood interior has a nice feel and they have local history and memorabilia throughout. Outdoor seating right next to it
