Stopped by for the first time today and had the loveliest experience!! I got a root beer matcha latte (that the barista kindly made with macadamia milk at my request) and a lavender lemonade for a friend and was blown away by the flavor! I love high quality beverages and this absolutely hit the mark. Be sure to stop by this place if you’re near the Main stop in Evanston and need a pick me up - it’s such a delightful surprise :)

JUST A FRIENDLY FYI TO THOSE PASSING BY WITH THEIR POOCH AND WANT TO PURCHASE A QUICK COFFEE TO-GO, they don’t allow it.5 stars bc i want to see a seemingly inclusive (by the looks of the exterior) local business survive. but I sadly won't be visiting simply because I'm not going to add another trip without the dog into my busy day just to get a cup of coffee.it’s giving pretentious and classist bc who tf has time on their hands these days to make a special trip just for coffee? their preferred crowd is those who can.

Delicious coffee, very personable staff, pleasant atmosphere. We're spoiled for good coffee in the area already, but this place deserves to be added to the list.

I will go out of my way to come here for coffee. They also have the best golden milk latte in Chicago! My son is gluten-free and they are one of the only shops that offers a variety of pastries. It has a lot of space for seating and a good work environment for people who works remotely. Love it here!

Stopped in for the third time since it opened because it's not in my neighborhood. First time about a year or more ago, I didn't care for the coffee. Second time, a few weeks ago, had a problem with the drink. This time, the medium half caf almond milk dry cappuccino I asked for was a small ("We only have one size"), and way too bitter, so I requested more almond milk. The barista was right in front of me making a drink but another employee stepped up to help me and said that was a question for the barista who "is busy behind the counter," even though he was right in front of me. So, I asked him again and he said he could top it off with cold almond milk (he put in about a tablespoon) or he'd have to charge me. So much for service with a smile! Now, the tiny coffee was delicious, but cold. Didn't stay because the seating isn't very welcoming although the murals are nice.

Multiple reasons to like this coffee spot and it is preferred and liked by people I know including myself.Although sometimes well over an hour before closing time they will not have brewed coffee available, and being a coffee shop like this, they should.I’m definitely not for wasting coffee, but just make a half of a pot or a quarter of a pot instead of a full one.An Americano is not the same. Also, lately, the price on their in-store menu did not match the price at the register, and the employee was not able to change it.

I am a devoted coffee drinker. In the US, I always order a black americano to test coffee shops. So many times, I received not just a bad coffee, but with a lot of water, no flavour... in summary, a total failure. It has been wonderful to find this place. Not just the americano coffee has flavour, body, an exact proportion between coffee and water, but also de vibe of the place is wonderful. Lovely place to work or to share a coffee with someone. Super nice staff. Totally recommended!*They also have pretty good vegan-gluten free paistries!

Very expensive - a small pour over was $9 before tax, and their beans are $35 for a regular sized bag. I bought some of the beans, have not tried them yet. The pour over was definitely good, but not worth $9 in my opinion.

Review for just their beans: Very mid.Tried two different bags of coffee beans, both extremely flavorless and requires larger bean to water ratio than normal to get a drink that tastes like coffee. Priced like a specialty coffee shop. Look elsewhere if you enjoy your light roast pour overs.Side note: cashier looked bored and uninterested when I went to go buy coffee

I ordered a bunch of coffee beans from their website but they never shipped them. I tried contacting this company multiple times by phone and email but they do not respond.
