Fast lane concept should be removed from cafe. People in the regular queue are entertained first before you. Someone in regular queue who came after 5 minutes since I got there, got his order before me. After the queue ended, they came to check my order and guess what the slice I wanted got sold out and I had to wait another 10 minutes for them to make another pizza. This is the 2nd time this has happened.

There's a guy here with a long beard i think his name is Ashur or something he is really bad with customers he is rude i dont even know how he still have that job like he should be fire by now he literally curse to the customer and he dont even know how to takw orders i dont personally post reviews but this guy made me do thiss!!!!

Had a delivery mishap yesterday expected a delivery between 4pm and 6pm it did not arrive. I called them this morning and the young man was very nice and apologetic. He had my delivery to me by 10:30 am with a few sweet treats for my inconvenience.😍

The worst customer service ever! Three 15 minute holds on the phone for assistance!
This is the third time in six months that I’ve had an issue with this store!
I placed orders for delivery twice, and for some reason my delivery never made it to me! It took them forever to process my refunds. This time all of my items were not in the delivery and I had to come all the way to the store to take care of this. I’ve been waiting now 10 minutes in the store for assistance! Just awful!

I was diagnosed with arthritis 3 years ago. I have noticed a lot of unusual, and sudden, joint pain and tightness. I hear clicking in my joints from my elbows, hands, and knees. Shame on you Sams Club! I placed an order 48 hours ago (because you wouldn’t let me place it on Monday) for several catering trays of sandwiches, fruit trays and other items. Then upon pickup, you email me to say that you are out of stock for all ordered trays?! This is pathetic service. And, these trays were ordered for a dear friends sons Celebration of Life. Thank god for Potbelly Sandwich Shop for allowing me to make a large, last minute catering order in under 24 hours.
Did you know that this is one of the busiest Sam's Club? Yes, the line does get extremely long but why wait? Download the app! Scan and go is user friendly and gets you in and out of the door much quicker than you think! They have a wide range of selection in meats and fresh produce. Although I shop at both Costco's (closer to me) and Sam's, I do find prices more reasonable at Sam's. So I take the schlep there twice a month and load up.

Waited in line about 30 minutes not too bad store was stocked enough no disenfecting products except for clorox bleach if you are looking for that they had enough also plenty of food items toilet paper and paper towels fast checkout very pleased very organized
