Sarkis is a Armenian local Evanston hole in the wall Institution breakfast spot perfect for Potheads and Hangovers! But their breakfast was quick, affordable, and delicious. I got the Animal sandwich with side of cheesy well done hash brown. Also get everything on your sandwich, the combo of ingredients works perfectly together. Service was awesome and remember first come first serve tables. 100% recommend!

Over the 20 years I've been coming to this place, the only thing that has changed is the plating (the skillets are an upgrade) and the expansion picnic tables. I've tried every menu item, you cannot go wrong with any order, but the bacon Loretta and cheesy hash is the nostalgic staple of my adolescence. I will come back here until the day I die.

Went mid afternoon so service was fast but one piece of ham in a $10 Loretta and it's cash only but you can order online and eat there and use a credit card. Cheesy hash really greasy but Jeff's grilled cheese was good.
