This place is just weird, and the beer is less than mediocre.
Small place poor layout. Nice beer selection. No kitchen.

Sketchbook Brewing Company in Evanston has great customer service, very informative servers. Cute and cozy, smaller is better in this case. Didn’t get the same attention in Skokie. Everyone is friendly and patient and helpful. My favorites are, Orange Door, the Beer for the soul and the E-town brown ale, will be back to try more special releases!
Emma made the experience exceptional.A safe space to drink and be whoever you are. Come on in, bring a friend, soak in some joy and spread any you can spare. Leave your fear at the door-you won’t need it here.Blessed.

I was drinking at sketchbook taproom in evanston when the bartender told me about: After-hours drinks and DJ dancing at Evanston Sketchbook Brewery taproom this Wed. 2/28/24!So i took a pic and plan to get drinks and party to great dance music!

Nice staff for sure.Dont go there for the once a month karaoke it not like must Karaokes.They let people flood the the song requests when the get there early making it impossible for people who came in say at 8;30 to get a chance a sing and they go to 11pm.Most places will filter in the q the new people to gibe them a chance to sing.NOT here and the owner thinks this is fair.

Sketchbook has simply become my favorite brewery. They take beer seriously and do it with love. The staff is the best and both locations are worth visiting.
