Unfortunately, I have to agree with others about the poor service at this location. I’ve consistently encountered rude and dismissive attitudes from the baristas. Logan in particular was especially unhelpful and rude when I asked a simple question about redeeming points, he replied with an annoying scowl: “just scan your code” and rushed me through the process without any courtesy.

I honestly can’t recall a single positive experience here, which says a lot. It feels like management doesn’t take feedback seriously since the same type of behavior keeps showing up. I’m sure there are a few good employees, but after three bad visits in a row, I’d recommend avoiding this location.

Ur stuff name bunny was u behavior manners n she or he never ask or say pls can u do this to me n also she make my drinks n not change the cups instead new one also I buying here occasionally client of it when work at hospital northwestern n u guys gave me trenta cup mocha pepper mint decaf in oatmilk for so over all I dnt like this person n I gave more n more chance of this store for it but I no sure if I come back because of my clients it's leaves here as his personal care this I stuff I'll report it to ur back office if she's or he not changing his self

Monday August 18th, the guy with grey dreads was horrible. If you ask for cream and sugar in your coffee, you're directed to the condiment bar which offers room temperature half and half and oat milk as your options. Nah, I pay 100% of the money, you make 100% of the coffee. Truly lazy, and I've worked at Starbucks, they're supposed to add your cream and sugar after you order it, it's just him being lazy and self indulged.

To make matters worse, the next day I had a different barista at the register, SHE made the coffee with cream and sugar, I didn't have to do a thing but pay.

Honestly you can't fire someone for that little inconvenience, but he should be made aware of his laziness and lack of consideration for anyone but himself.

Also his hair looked dirty, would you want that landing in your sandwich? I wouldn't.

One of the nicest Starbucks around-- unusually spacious, relaxing earth-tone decor, with a nice youthful vibe. The staff has been nothing but kind and gracious, even during the early morning coffee stampede, and I like that that they are unionized. But I must agree with other reviewers as to one point of criticism-- they often put the background music on ear-pounding blast.

The baristas treat me a like a criminal whenever I order a drink but I always tip and respond with kindness. Today after buying my drink about 5 mins later I asked to use the restroom and was denied the code. They said I had to reorder and that that is the policy. I had to run elsewhere to use the restroom. I'm so disgusted so disappointed...I'll never go back to Starbucks. And I wish I could get back every penny that I foolishly tipped.

Terrible customer service here. I walked in, wanting to get something to eat and drink. I needed the bathroom desperately as I work in sales on the road, I was immediately met with an attitude from team member by the name of Jelissa! I had explained I was going to purchase but needed to use the restroom first. I was told I was not allowed to use the restroom unless I had made a purchase already. I again explained I desperately needed to use the restroom and would come back and make a purchase. I was again told no, that under no exceptions would they allow this due to company policy. I work on the road and spend $100s of dollars at Starbucks every month. Very disappointing. I left and went to the Philz around the corner. To they allowed me to use the restroom before I made my order. Looks like I’ll be taking my monthly business elsewhere.

They take way too long with just to prepare very simple orders, just standing there and talking. No sense of urgency. Like I have patience but when you’re taking your time and standing there talking to other barista knowing I’m waiting for my order is rude. Like come on now.

I have been a customer worldwide of Starbucks and today is the first time in this place that they treat me in a very rude way I was waiting for a friend to order and I asked for the toilet key and the staff informed me that I can only use the bathroom after ordering something, I find it very offensive and in very bad taste to do that I think my meeting place has to change. What a shame because the product is good but if the attention does not work Nothing works. Bye Starbucks.

I do not recommend this Starbucks location to anyone; I have never encountered such rude and unpleasant behavior from the barista and the waitstaff.
I don’t understand how the management doesn’t notice such an attitude toward the customers.
