This Starbucks gets super busy in the morning but they do a good job at keeping up with the orders. Usually never have a problem other than finding a close parking spot in the morning when I pick up my coffee order. Other than that, very reliable location.

This Starbucks location is not designed for those that are disabled that require use of mobility device such as walkers, rollator including manual wheelchair or motorized wheelchair. I use a motorized wheelchair and have a service dog. I'm unable to use a table nor am I able to navigate within this location. The floor plan is designed for inconvenience and only concentrate on seating as many customers without consideration f9r those that are disabled because there are no space to navigate in a motorized wheelchair or other mobility devices

Worst Starbucks ever! It’s more of a library for local students. I came with a dairy allergy and they made my latte with 2% milk!! The barista had a black N95 mask and was not vocal at all. Had I not been staring at her/him the whole time I would have missed my order being ready. The latte was NOT hot and the hot chocolates I ordered were lukewarm. A total disaster this place!

I just want to say thank you to Kelly and the staff here. They are so wonderful for knowing who their customers are. I really appreciate this service. They really go above and beyond. I don't remember the lady name who always wear the mask, but whenever Kelly is not there, she takes care of me and customers well. There's a brother who wears dreadlocks. He's also pray pretty awesome. Altogether, the entire staff is wonderful. The location is pretty nice, I've been going here since 2016. I seen the renovations and they're pretty great as well. With the staff that's running this place, it's in great hands. Happy Holidays!
It’s been over 30 minutes and I’m still waiting for a very just super easy and simple Carmel Frap. Please. Get more staff. It’s Saturday, people are out shopping. Garbage overflowing. Just ick. No more Starbucks from this location. When I asked if they had forgotten about me I got snapped at for asking the lady with the trash if they forgot since it was over a half our and a man started screaming at her not to talk to me. So I asked him. Did you forget? He asked me name several times screaming at me very loud. He screamed it so loud the whole store looked. Rude. When I went to finally get my drink an hour later, I saw the name tag of the rude dude and it was “Edgar”. Bye Sherman Starbucks - never again. Edgar, you’ll never make it anywhere being rude to customers.

I have come here a couple times & never had a bad experience like this but today I stop to get coffee as usual it was 3 ppl working but the lady at the front was taking extremely long with the one person before hand no problem I’m went to try to use the restroom while waiting it’s a 2 stall bathroom a employee with blond hair she on her phone she walks to the bathroom first I proceeded to walk in she stops me & states that she is locking the door which is odd & was very rude when it’s a 2 stall bathroom so i wait a minute but she was taking long so I go back to the front to place my order with the cashier but I won’t be coming back to this location due to the wait & the way the employee talked to me & treated upon trying to use the restroom

Probably one of the best starbucks I’ve been to in the US. The atmosphere is cozy and nice, with sofa beddings behind the main area. There are plugs near most desks, allowing customers to work in a convenient environment.

I wouldn't call this a place good "hang out", as it's usually filled with Northwestern students and all sorts of weirdos, panhandlers, and homeless people that stumble in. I've been in here once since the renovation was done, and I can appreciate the new layout.
That being said, coffee drinks are the same as every other SBUX location. That's one thing that the company does well.
I think it's ironic seeing all the anti-capitalist/socialist/social justice stickers in the macbooks of the kids deliriously swiping around on their iPhones while wearing brand-name clothes and clearly frequenting this and other similar places. Talk about cognitive dissonance...
