The mocha cookie crumble was all shaved ice and had no cookie crumbles. I do not recommend this restaurant for their weird food.

There was a bug in the drink and the guy looked so impatient and tried to deny their responsibility by saying they didn’t see it when making it but they still made a new one plus the breakfast tastes good

i placed my order nearly around an hour before i came to pick it up. still wasn’t ready, and i had to go back to class. i was not able to pick it up and just left my order there. talked to staff and they were not helpful.

Their card reader doesn’t work and they’re cashless… if you don’t have dining dollars good luck.
Also you’re going to get told by the employee that it’s your card that isn’t working when their card reader literally has no working screen.

There are a few intresting people at this Starbucks, namely the Northwestern students. The music is sub-par and too loud but there is usally space and the food and drinks are amazing!

(Neat place to go in if visiting Northwestern and wanting to experience a bit of the campus!)I see the other bad reviews, but honestly my experience was great! We ordered ahead on the app, drinks were ready quickly, and the barista was attentive, even offering me a tray when I was picking up. Drinks were excellent and exactly what I'd expect from Starbucks, too!
Parking: You'll need to park in a public lot and walk into campus to get here.

Who is the manager here? The baristas had people wait in a line with no response as to what was going on for 40 minutes. Did not take a single order and continued to make mobile drinks that no one was picking up DURING LUNCH TIME. As someone who works in coffee I could not believe what I was seeing. If this location can not take orders it should closes rather than ignoring a long line of customers.

this was the worst experience i have ever had at a starbucks. i waited for around 15 minutes for my drink, and the workers did not even take my name down when i ordered. when i did not see it, i politely asked them if they perhaps mixed up the order but the employees began violently yelling at me, refusing to remake any orders. she told me i could pick between two orders, both not mine, but she would not make my drink. her coworker had to calm her down because she was literally acting rabid. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN HELP IT. IT IS ALWAYS AN UNPLEASANT EXPERIENCE.
