Placed an order for delivery through grubhub. The store ignored the order for an hour until their delivery was closed. I had to go through grubhub help to have the order refunded. Terrible service

This is the best steak and shake around. This management takes the best care of their customers. The food was hot and fresh. The service was friendly. I cannot wait to go back here. Hands-down, one of my favorite lunch spots. This location does such a great job.

I don’t usually go there for food. I go for milkshakes. A couple times I have ordered a Shake for delivery (from Uber Eats) with a milkshake and twice the lids were loose and when grabbing in from the floor spilled all around. So disappointing

The garlic butter double patty steakburger is the best burger i have ever had in my entire life. the only burger that comes close is the burger from jimmy's bar on 55th. anyways, also highly recommend the onion rings because theres a bunch of sauces that taste amazing with (50¢ extra for each sauce tho). i tried the limited time peppermint chocolate milkshake, in my opinion its not as good as the normal mint chocolate because the normal has a stronger mint flavor. HOWEVER i love steak n shake soooo much i highly recommend this place. we literally go outta our way driving 30 minutes just to eat here. i wish there was a steak n shake closer to me!
I said "NO ONIONS" and what did they give me? ONIONS. Just simple stuff. Attached is the receipt and picture of my burger. Get it together.

I got food 12/13/2024 and noticed in my milkshake that the whip cream smelled off. I immediately stopped drinking it but sadly it was too late. After 30 minutes I started feeling not well. I ended up puking an hour later. I had my partner go and tell the restaurant that it seems there was a problem so that they could make it so other people wouldn’t get sick. Manager refused to listen or even smell the cup that was brought as proof. Can not recommend this specific Steak ‘n Shake anymore. Best of luck and hope you don’t get food poisoning as well.

This is the first time i went there and ordered a milk shake they said we are out of milk i was like really and i was only there for their shakes with my family and when i left they were only selling shakes to their togo or online orders. UNBELIEVABLE!!! One of their guy gave me the address of shake shack and here i am having shake shack milk shake. Don’t go there guys they are out of milk damn still can’t believe it.
