I remember when there was a Steak 'n Shake in my hometown. No longer. And the last Steak 'n Shake in Chicago has closed. Because the national chain underwent a radical change in its business model, it has closed 200 locations since 2018. Now there are 406 restaurants in the United States. Went in after a long moving day, and I noticed they have made changes to the place . I have I had questions that at the point an employee young man by the name Bruce was beyond helpful and outstanding service will be returning more often

This is the best steak and shake around. This management takes the best care of their customers. The food was hot and fresh. The service was friendly. I cannot wait to go back here. Hands-down, one of my favorite lunch spots. This location does such a great job.
