I can’t really speak to the establishment itself because I ordered through Uber Eats, but this was my first time trying Sweetgreeen. When I opened the bag, the lid wasn’t fully on the salad or the dressing. The dressing spilled all over the salad in just one corner which isn’t that big of a deal. For the almond up charge you didn’t get much in the little cup, and I don’t know that I would consider this blackened chicken. There was no egg on there. They didn’t include utensils either like I requested. It just seemed like it was very rushed when being put together. Honestly, I don’t know that I would go back.

Portions are SO small and the food is old and hard. Fish was visibly old and dried out. $15-20 for a plate this is UNACCEPTABLE.
I wanted ti express how disappointed and upset of the quality of my salad this evening. I go to This location every week to get my salad & protein. Bowls. Today they served my partner and I salads raw Sweet potatoes and they were very hard and hard to chew. When I went up showed my salad We were told this is the way they come. I have been eating here for long time and the sweet potatoes are cooked /rRoasted and soft not raw and hard as raw carrots! I will not be going to this location anymore and the avocados were old and brown. Extremely dissatisfied with this quality of salads and their customer service.

This is our first time trying SG , we are familiar with this type of healthy food choices but “sweetgreen” did not impress us. The store is clean, street meter parking is available, my online experience was good. The food was ready for pick up as promised & my orders are correct. But the quality of food freshness compared to the store website photos are not the same. Please see photos below. The garlic steak plate , steak was overcooked and dry. Glad to try it but we won’t go back.

Worst Sweergreen experience ever and my daughter and I eat at Sweetgreen 6-8 times a month. Never coming back to this location. Watched 7 people walk out I was would have been one of them if not for my daughter and how amazing the 1 hardworking human being was making bowls and working the register. This is the location in Downtown Evan’s. Sad

My sister and I ordered food to go
First of all when we starting eating. The salad tasted like chemicals, especially the cucumber. But screw it, I'm already home and I'm hungry.
But after we ate, about 45 mins later. we had really bad stomach aches and horrible diarrhea all day.
Sweet greens would always be my favorite place having salads because it wouldn't taste like sprayed down chemicals on the greens...

ive ordered from here twice and been disappointed to see that the staff pay no attention to order and to the crae pf order. will order by my location as i feel this location is struggling
Please close this place immediately. Or fire everyone immediately. Completely start over here or shut this place down. They never have any food, but you have to wait in line for an hour to find that out because there are 2 people in front of you and each bowl takes 30 minutes to make. But that makes sense because it’s 5 pm so of course they have run out of ingredients.

This is the worst Sweetgreen I’ve ever been to — and I’ve been to many, as I’m a regular customer.
The staff clearly doesn’t understand how to do their job or why it even matters.

No greeting, sullen faces, and fatigue for miles. The employees seemed entirely dejected, over-worked, and miserable. There was not one single smile, how can I help you, etc.

New fries were cold as heat lamp was broken. Asked about making a new batch, told it wasn’t possible and no more batches for the day. It was 1p. They did refund the fries, which was nice.
Same experience as Hamid had a coupe months back… they stopped making order to fill online orders.
I’m conflicted as food is decent, but experience makes you feel otherwise.
UPDATE: In response to post, Management asked me to email them. No follow-up after 1 week.

Absolutely the worst experience I ever had Whitney and Rogelio are terrible ppl .... The assistant manager Rico tried to make things right but the damage was already done with the other managers who are named Whitney and Rogelio
I ordered a salad with caramelized steak and an order of ripple fries. The fries were cold/room temp. I was told that was they way they came. They should be called chips, not fries. The steak on the salad was also not warm. The photos look way better than what you actually get.
