Don’t order on Sunday nights. I’ve had pretty good experiences at this location for fast food but today sucked. The restaurant was dirty and everything was made poorly. Could tell that their oil was burnt so everything was burnt. We ordered jalapeños, which cost extra, to only get 3 on anything. To top it off, the bag broke the moment we exited the building and it was just not a good experience overall. Everything was lacking.

Incredibly slow service. A single bean and cheese burrito will take over 10 minutes to be made. No one at the front counter-random homeless person walked in and poured themselves a drink from the soda fountain. Their burrito also contained either hard rice or chicken.

This location isn't going to last long. They don't move with urgency, the food preparation has barely any effort put into it so burritos are poorly wrapped and no well put together at all. The staff was busy conversating with a delivery worker and walked away as I flagged her down while standing behind the man she was speaking to. Going all the way to skokie isn't much better. I've done this job at 17 and it is NOT that hard.

Ordered twice before 1130PM and both times we were able to place the orders. First time , they called saying they were closed(they close at 2AM). Second time, they said they delivered but never got our food. When we called , they said they would be there in about 10 minutes and never came. We called the store and no one answered. We never got our food. Worst experience ever. Wouldn’t recommend ordering here
