This place is actually several locations linked by a common kitchen. We stayed with the Mexican fare, which was excellent! We had a choice of American, Mexican, or pan-asian cuisine. A fun experience, great food, and a quaint atmosphere. Enjoy!

The food and drinks are pretty mid but the staff is very friendly. The atmosphere upstairs at their sister restaurant is nice.
Excellent for a high quality delicious meal. We really liked the torta, quesadilla, and tortilla soup. We stopped in at a slower hour. It was nice to see carts rolling by to the bar area with fresh whole ingredients for prep.

We had a great working lunch at Diablo. This spot is underrated. The food is great, and the service was even better. We shared the bang bang Shrimp and chicken enchiladas with the red sauce. The colossal bang bang Shrimp had a beautiful tempura batter and creamy sweet chili sauce on the side. Enchiladas were a big portion and the tinga style chicken was good quality and excellent flavors. Also, many Evanston establishments open late afternoon. This place is open for lunch. Check them out!
