Ume Tea is a charming restaurant with amazing service. The staff, led by Shalu, are warm and welcoming. The tea selection is impressive, with standouts like the brown sugar oolong tea, mango pomegranate sago, and osmanthus longan green tea slush. The takoyaki is also a highlight, with a perfect balance of spice. The cups are recyclable and have a nice feel. While the service can be improved, the main staff member is lovely and takes the time to explain the drinks.
