The tasting experience was elevated but fun, and collaborating was a breeze. They have a close relationship with our venue so many of the details were already smoothed out. On the day of our wedding, the staff was incredibly professional and gave superb service. Special shoutout to Stephanie (Stefanie?), for making sure my glass was full all night (with a cocktail or water :) ). And I could not possibly move on without raving about the FOOD! We knew it was going to be excellent based on the tasting, but it blew our expectations out of the water the day of. We opted for bourbon glazed flat iron steak, sweet potato gnocchi, scallop potatoes, and beautiful heirloom carrots. Our guests also raved about the Tokyo Nachos during our cocktail hour! My (now) husband is a bartender and batched craft cocktails to be served, and they did not bat an eye and served those impeccably. We had a vegan meal, and at the tasting we had two options - it was really hard to pick one, because they were both so good! At the wedding, my fellow vegans agreed it was the best vegan dish they had ever had at a wedding, and guests raved about the short ribs - all the food was excellent, as well as the service.They created a perfect signature drink for us for our last winter wedding.
