We paid our deposit before the tasting so we didn't expect much from it, but we were blown away by how well put together the whole event was. Our venue presented a few challenges (no fridges provided, minimal kitchen appliances, chairs and tables stored on another floor) and the Caterist team overcame them all like it was nothing. Many of our guests told us it was the best wedding meal they've had. Our wedding would not have gone so smoothly if we had not worked with the Caterist and highly recommend them for any weddings.

They even accommodated our gluten sensitive guests by making the majority of the menu GF! I felt truly special when they had a server bringing us the passed apps and cocktails during our cocktail hour! Then that service continued throughout the night. I received rave reviews on the "vegetarian lasagna" by almost everyone at the event. The servers were attentive and made sure every detail was taken care off. I didn't have to worry about anything...I was able to focus my attention to the guests and enjoy the event. I am so happy I used them and will definitely use them for my other daughter's quinceanera next year.
