Food is amazing, The service was not good. I didn’t care for the Manager attitude. I made a complaint instead of listening to my complaint, she kept talking over me. I will be coming back, but with mean attitude. Need more waiters and better service. Business shouldn’t charge for service, if bad!!! But food is great

Double charged my credit card and no refund given. Shows up twice on our statement as “Todoroki”. We have disputed the charge. We called and spoke with a representative at Todoroki two weeks ago and were not offered any options for a gift card or a refund. As matter of fact, she said she would be texting or calling us back and we have heard nothing since then. Also, it's pretty telling that the restaurant would acknowledge checking us in for our reservation and still charge us twice for the same meal.
The chef really got us involved, it was a different exp. loved it

It was a quick stop for lunch the restaurant was empty, their golden egg dish was raw egg nasty. Took forever to serve us and there were no other customers...and it smelled like they had sprayed cockroach spray

I ordered carry out after viewing the menu on their website. They gave me the wrong item. When I called, they insisted I got what I ordered and acted like I was crazy. They refused to do anything about it. Finally, after reading the description on the website and describing what I had, they said their website is outdated and they changed “Sex on the Beach” to be a completely different item with different ingredients years ago. (Probably should’ve changed the name then… and update the website) Finally, a manager? Wendy called me and said the best she could do was refund $6 out of the $16 dollars for an item I couldn’t eat because of their mistake. I never received a refund. Customer service is a lost art. For $16 they had an opportunity to gain a customer and a good review but Wendy dropped the ball. Hire a new manager and a web developer.

We were seated with another family whose children were afraid of the fire. That father was allergic to butter so they brought his food out from the kitchen separately. We're vegetarians, so they completely wiped the grill after cooking the chicken for the other family. I think they did a great job accommodating us all. And there was so much food!
